“It’s always hard to leave a family member home with a sitter. Janey is different. She cares for your pet as a member of her family. I’ve met Janey a few times before leaving on my 4 night trip. I started with a meet and greet. Then I scheduled a 4 hour house visit. So by my scheduled trip I knew that Colbie would be comfortable with her. I had a few “asks” of her during the stay and she fulfilled them up to my expectations. I knew after the first night that I didn’t need to get pictures and updates from her. I was able to enjoy my vacation to its fullest. As I returned, I asked if she would do it again and she said yes. Seriously, the best dog sitter ever. My two GSD’s are not typical dogs. They like to bond with a person and enjoy lots of walks. VIctoria treated them like royalty, sent me a ton of pictures and walked the dogs several times a day. My house was clean when I got home and she had even washed and tied the sheets. We had great communication with Agatha and she took good care of our elderly pup. We were nervous about leaving our girl for a week to travel abroad, but once we started getting regular updates with pictures from Agatha, we felt at ease. She also took good care of our home.

Veronica was an absolute dream to work with! Our older pups started experiencing some random symptoms about a week before our trip to Japan and we contemplated cancelling the whole trip but Veronica gave us so much comfort and reassurance which also gave us peace of mind. We were in communication every day and she also sent pics/videos which was so calming for us. Normally we don't worry as much but our dogs are 16 and 13 years old but Veronica was very understanding and we cannot wait to work with her again. Thank you!
