We had great communication with Agatha and she took good care of our elderly pup. We were nervous about leaving our girl for a week to travel abroad, but once we started getting regular updates with pictures from Agatha, we felt at ease. She also took good care of our home.

Veronica was an absolute dream to work with! Our older pups started experiencing some random symptoms about a week before our trip to Japan and we contemplated cancelling the whole trip but Veronica gave us so much comfort and reassurance which also gave us peace of mind. We were in communication every day and she also sent pics/videos which was so calming for us. Normally we don't worry as much but our dogs are 16 and 13 years old but Veronica was very understanding and we cannot wait to work with her again. Thank you!

I needed a last minute booking for a 22 day trip and luckily I found Francine. I have a large garden and two skittish cats. She made fast friends with the cats and when I returned home all my plants were thriving and healthy. I would highly recommend Francine for her flexibility in accepting a last minute offer, attention to detail, and gentle hand with my cats.
Jamie did a fantastic job with Meatloaf and Jack! She sent updates every day with photos and took them on some nice long walks around the neighborhood (including a coffee date!). She was very prepared to care for them and asked all the important questions to ensure the pups were happy and comfortable. She left the apartment in pristine condition when I got home.
