“A+++ care, had an emergency trip I needed to take last minute and Maple did an amazing job on such short notice. She went above and beyond in making sure they were comfotable and well taken care of while I was gone and even through the crazy storms this past week. Would recommend to anyone needing services for their pets. Thanks for everything!”

About: I grew up with dogs my whole life, and I took care of others’ dogs since I was 12. I’d love the chance to take your dogs on walks until I’m able to have a dog of my own. I’d be happy to find a few dogs I can walk regularly. New to Oahu and excited to meet some new pups! I don’t have a job yet so I have flexibility and availability on weekdays to help with dog walks or take your dog out while you’re at work. I’m an RN, so once I have a job I’ll still have many days off and flexibility. I will follow your instructions on how to best walk your dog - use your commands, keep dogs on leash, and respect your dog and your home when I pick up/drop off.
About: I have many years of experience caring for dogs and cats for friends and family. I’m comfortable walking dogs, feeding and playing with cats, following each pet’s routine, and providing dependable house and pet sitting. I treat every animal with patience, affection, and care, and I’ll make sure your pets feel safe and loved while you’re away. I work weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., so I’m available for early-morning and evening walks, drop-ins, and overnight pet sitting. I also have greater flexibility on weekends and will coordinate with you to keep your pet’s usual routine consistent. Please message me with your preferred time, as my weekday evening availability may vary. I care for pets in their own familiar environment and closely follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, walks, playtime, and household routines. I keep dogs safely leashed, secure doors and gates, respect your home, and provide regular photo updates so you know your pet is happy and well cared for.
About: I've been around dogs all my life - my dad was a police dog trainer, so I learned first hand how to take great care of them. I have my own border collie named Jenna, she's 6 years old and loves other dogs. I work from home, so I am able to take your dog out frequently and give them lots of love and attention throughout the day. I live next to multiple dog parks and in a dog friendly building. I also have my own border collie who loves other animals so your pup can make a new friend. I am flexible, so if there's any specific requests you have I can most likely accommodate.

“Chyna was great with my pup. She paid special attention to her needs and checked in with me after each walk. I would recommend Chyna and request her take care of my little one again.”

“Abigail was fantastic with Spirit. She met him when he wasn’t feeling his best and showed so much patience and care while he recovered. He’s now back to his old happy self! Thank you for going the extra mile. Highly recommend!”

“Liana and Wil were so amazing with my pup, Franklin. You can really tell how much they love animals! They are timely, kind, and easy to work with and will definitely be booking again. I highly recommend!”

“Luke was great and very informative during each of his visits/walks with both of our dogs, keeping us both updated while we were away off island. Both of our dogs liked him even Nala our anxious pup started to warm up to him. For that thank you Luke for being very patient lol! 🤙🏽 would def recommend booking him.”

About: I have been watching dogs and cats since I was 15 years old! I have experience with many ages, breeds and sizes! I love making sure each pet I work with is treated as if they were my own pet. I have base access as well so if you are military and need assistance, I am here to help with your furry family members! I am currently working part time and on summer break from college! I work mornings so I am home in the afternoon and evenings. I have my own car for transportation. I like to ensure your pet has everything they need to be comfortable. I live in a walkable neighborhood so your dog will get plenty of walks! I like to prioritize keeping your pets routine as close as possible to what it is when with you to ensure your pet is as stress free as possible!

About: I have owned dogs my entire life, and I have extensive experience in dog-walking and sitting, cat care, and home care, ever since I was a teenager. I love animals and am even a wildlife photographer. I have personal experience service training dogs for psychiatric service, as well. I am able to ensure not only premium, safe, and reliable love and care for your animals, but also your plants and the general welfare of your home while you’re away. If your animal has special needs or training curriculums, I am able to meet them, so your time away doesn’t become time off from necessary routines or specialized care. Additional services and excursions (hikes, dog parks, beach days, etc.) are available upon request. Mahalo for thinking of me for the care of your pet! I work part time in the evenings and am a member of a canoe paddling team that practices three to four times per week, so my schedule is flexible with plenty of time for your pets! Being a dog-owner myself, maintaining routines and going the extra mile for play and exercise is important to me. I am currently self-training my rescue for psychiatric service, so I am very comfortable working with dogs from a variety of backgrounds with different levels of confidence and social comfort. I have also cared for cats and am comfortable with their often varying levels of social needs, as well as their basic care. I will never use negative reinforcement with your animal, ensuring a gentle, fun, and trustworthy experience for your pet. Additional services and home care (plant care, delivery reception, maintenance/vendor monitoring, etc.) are available, as well.

About: What sets me apart is the level of care and intention I bring to each visit. I don’t rush through walks or treat them as routine tasks—I make sure your dog gets real engagement, structure, and positive interaction every time. Whether it’s a high-energy walk or a calm check-in, I adapt to what your pet needs that day so they come back happy, balanced, and well cared for. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine because I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. This allows me to plan walks, drop-ins, and visits around the pet’s needs rather than forcing them into a rigid time slot. Since I’m already home throughout the day, I’m able to provide consistent availability, quick response times, and reliable scheduling for morning, midday, and evening care. I can also easily adjust my routine if a pet needs extra attention, a longer walk, or last-minute care. Overall, my flexibility lets me prioritize each pet’s routine and well-being while making sure owners can count on dependable, stress-free support. I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible to keep them comfortable and stress-free. In a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain a calm, clean, and consistent environment while making sure pets get the attention, exercise, and companionship they’re used to. I pay close attention to feeding schedules, walk routines, and any specific instructions provided so nothing is disrupted. During visits, I focus on creating a safe and positive experience—whether that means structured walks, playtime, potty breaks, or just calm companionship for pets who prefer a quieter presence. I also make sure to communicate updates so owners feel confident and informed while they’re away.

About: I have been around animals my whole life. Ever since I was born there has not been a time where a dog was not considered part of the family. I am experienced with reptiles owning tortoises(turtles) both land and wet(swimming) kind. I have bred and raised Jackson chameleons and had one frog. For dogs I have done both group training as well as one on one personalized training for dogs passed puppy stage. After an injury and a period of hospitalization I saw how instrumental pet therapy is to patients recovering and the difference they make when going through painful treatments first hand. After re-learning and regaining my ability to walk took it upon myself to train and certify…i with my own emotional support and therapy dog,(Floyd) who i trained personally. He has gone through all basic obedience training in St. Louis, Missouri as well as defensive training. He has also achieved his k9 good citizen ship and has his “love on leashes” qualification which basically allows us to visit hospitals and meet with patients. Floyd is a 125 pound tall black floppy eared loving Doberman who couldn’t hurt a fly, infact he’s actually afraid of them. He is well traveled and the best mannered dog I have ever trained and owned. I adopted him from the St. Louis human society in Missouri where he was found wondering the hi-way. He was just under a year old and was malnourished with a stomach problem. Since then he has been all over on adventures with me, He has flown more then 5 times on a plane and was even invited to the cockpit by the pilot for a picture, Weather its riding the train to Chicago, swimming in the asabo river in Michigan or playing in the snow at Times Square Floyd is always down. To me he embodies and proves the saying that dog is truly mans best friend. He has saved my life and touched so many others while visiting patients giving back and volunteering. My schedule is very flexible, and I have full control over how I plan my days. Most of my work and obligations are scheduled ahead of time, which allows me to build my routine around each pet’s needs. When I accept a booking, I make sure I can give your pet the time, attention, and consistency they deserve. Your pet’s routine, comfort, feeding schedule, walks, and care instructions will always be my priority I create a calm, clean, and secure environment for every pet I care for. I pay close attention to each pet’s body language, personality, and routine so I can help them feel comfortable and safe. I follow all owner instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medication needs, walks, litter box cleaning, and house rules. I’m also very mindful about doors, gates, leashes, and anything that could become a safety issue. My goal is to care for your pet with the same patience, respect, and attention I would want for my own.
About: After the death of our beloved dog, our family decided to take a break from dog ownership to heal and rest a bit. I have had dogs (usually more than 1 at a time) my whole life! Pet sitting is my way of loving on dogs during this busy stage of life when I cannot have my own. I would love to shower your dog with lots of love and attention! We do have a kitten in our home. She has adjusted very well to having dogs around. We are a homeschool family and are at home or near home most every day. I would never have to leave your pet for any extended period of time. Not only do we have a fenced in yard, but also live walking distance to a couple of beautiful parks, beaches, and a small dog park. Please be aware that I do have small children. Ages 3, 6, 10, & 12. I will love your pet like my own! Your beloved pet will have snuggles and pets and enjoy walks outside to our local park and dog park if you approve. I live in a beautiful area and love to be outside with furry friends.
“Malia was professional, punctual and communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend her! We’ll certainly be using her services again! Thank you Malia for caring for our dog, Rio.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Waikiki
Best dog walker I’ve had on Rover! Joshua is always coming to the rescue when I pick up a last-minute shift or get stuck at work. He’s reliable, accommodating, and absolutely amazing with my pup, who is reactive to pretty much everything that barks, has two legs, or four 😂 I trust him completely with her and couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Jenna came to take care of my little Bella for a few walks when our usual sitter was on vacation. Bella warmed up to Jenna right away, which is rare! Jenna was very communicative and attentive, and great care of Bella! And bonus she also took the most amazing pics of my little girl! Would def book again!
I can’t say enough good things about Kaihokulani! She is absolutely amazing, especially when I need someone for late nights or have a last-minute request. She is always dependable, caring, and so great with my dog. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my pup is in good hands, even when plans come up unexpectedly. I truly appreciate how flexible and reliable she is. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their fur babies! 🐾❤️

Kristie is the best! She is super responsive, always gets back to me about walking my dog really quickly, and she is very reliable. I often have last minute needs for dog walking due to my work schedule, she is always really flexible and willing to confirm last minute requests. My dog is extra nervous too, but he does great with her. She was so patient getting to know him and ensured he got the best care. It is always a relief knowing my pup is in such good hands. I will keep using her walking service as long as she is available! Thanks so much Kristie, me and Louie appreciate you and all your time! (:

Mya was wonderful! Tonight was a big event for us with a very busy schedule and we wanted our little girl to enjoy her say as well and not miss her evening time outside….it is a ritual for us. Mya was on time, sweet as can be and immediately had a great connection with Penelope. You can see Mya truly loves animals. I could tell right away Penelope was in great hands. My baby came back from her outing with a smile and pep in her step. I would HIGHLY recommend Mya and will definitely be using her services again as we are in the area a few times a year.

Needed a last minute walk for my pup because I was ill all day! Matthew came to the rescue with very little notice. Highly appreciated, highly recommended and pup slept very well that night. A little on the expensive side for Rover but worth it as he handled my very reactive dog like a pro!

Liana is a great dog walker! This is my second time booking with her through Rover and it certainly won’t be my last. She’s very easy to communicate with and super nice. I love all the pictures of my baby she sends me, and my dog loves her! Would 10/10 recommend booking with her.

Maple has been a great dog walker for my bully mix, Duke. I booked her for daily walks during week days to break up the long work day for him. She not only gives him a good walk but also plays ball with him in the front yard afterwards for additional enrichment and exercise. Maple has been very communicative and flexible with my changing schedule and requests. I will definitely be re-booking regularly!

Rockstar service as always. It's been a while since I have needed Ellie to be walked by Hayley. Ellie was so happy to see her even after such a long time of them seeing each other. Clearly Hayley has made a life time impression ❤️❤️ thanks for walking Ellie and giving her so much love!
