I love animals and have extensive experience caring for them. I have experience with senior dogs and cats with medical/special needs. I will care for your pets like they are my own. Your pets will be well cared for, properly fed and medicated if needed and played with. I have a degree in Marine Biology, I also have fish and aquatic life husbandry experience. No matter what kind of pet you have, I will make sure they are properly taken care of. I will provide daily photos and updates if wanted because I would want the same from my sitter. I understand how special pets are, and will only give yours the best care possible. Currently taking repeat customers only due to graduate school obligations - have lost star sitter status since not accepting new clients. My graduate studies research is weather dependent so my schedule isn’t always predictable. If scheduled ahead of time, I shouldn’t have any conflicts and will likely be able to accommodate your needs. Even on fieldwork days, morning and evening drop-ins aren’t an issue! I always make sure to lock the door when on walks or when finishing a drop-in. Your pet’s safety is my biggest concern. When on walks, I watch out for possible hazards. I will ask before letting your pets off-leash or around other dogs, to make sure they are safe. Your house will be secure to insure no one can escape! When in your home, I want to make sure your pet is comfortable so I won’t go after them, I will let them come to me when they’re ready. Having yours and their trust is important to me!

About: I’ve had my own pets since I was young. I have a turtle and a cat but unfortunately, I just lost my second family dog of old age and my first due to cancer. I’m not quite ready for a dog just yet but I’d love to be around them more! I make my own schedule right now so I have a lot of time to play and hangout with pets! I also walk everyday so it would be nice to have a companion! In my home now, it would be easy to care for a smaller dog since I live in a condo but I live right on the canal with a very lengthy path for walking pets!

About: I’ve had pets at my family home since day I was born and I’ve taken care of various friends or families pets while they’ve been on vacations or in emergencies. I’ve raised puppies and kittens, so I have experience with younger animals as well. My baby back home in Minnesota is a Newfoundland, so trust me I’m ok with big dogs, and my husky is a ball of energy so I can take dogs with strength. I’m also interested in running with dogs! About: I had dogs since I was very young. As a child, I wanted to grow up to become a vet, but I realized I'm allergic to cats, and some dogs. Even with allergies I'll still watch them because I love them and that's what allergy pills are for 😆. About: Hello, My husband works as a scientist and I work for the department of education as an athletic trainer. We have a 2 and 5 year old that love animals. I am comfortable giving injections or pills if need be. We like to stay as active as possible and go on hikes, beach, walks as much as we can. The area we live is safe and quite place. There is a duck pond right next store and a park right across the street. My husband and I have been pet lovers since we were kids. He was raised with cats, birds and dog. While I was raised with dogs. We recently lost our English Bulldog of twelve years and even though we would like to get another dog in the future we would be happy watching your pets in the mean time. We do have little kids. They are 2 and 4 years old. We would prefer to watching dogs that are use to little kids. I don't work till the afternoon so morning walks are a must. Before moving back to Orange County (where I was born and raised), Juju eventually became famous on the Big Island for his incredible ability to invite even the most aggressive dogs to feel safe -- including known "killer" dogs, antisocial dogs who hadn't made a single friend in their entire lives, and older dogs with terminal illnesses who hadn't wagged their tails in months. For this valued skill, which makes communities safer and more joyful for all beings, he earned the nickname “the Killer Whisperer.” Play is so important for dogs, and is absolutely healing when it comes to building confidence and trust. Juju helps other dogs break their aggressive or antisocial patterns, and his methods are tailored to each dog’s unique temperament. A healing session might look like him just coexisting calmly in the same space with your dog without any of the habitual tension that may typically be experienced with other dogs. About: Most recently in March 2022, I enjoyed housesitting a sharpei for 3 weeks. Before that I housesat a very adorable golden doodle for a week. In 2021, my friends would often leave their dogs with me when they would travel lasting from days - weeks. I recently completed the Google UX Design Certificate.
