I’m currently working part time and am a student - but I make plenty of time for furry friends! I do most school work from home so your pet will always be in good company. My schedule is flexible and can accept requests on short notice! I live in an apartment, it’s a quiet, cozy environment for your furry friend. No yard ensures constant dedicated walks and indoor play. Safe and cozy home for small/medium pups!

We hike daily and if your pup is active, they are more than welcome to join us on any hikes that we do! Or if they just like simple short walks that’s great too! I work part time and my schedule is pretty flexible, as long as I know ahead of time, we can work out a schedule that works out! I have a fenced in yard for bathroom breaks or for play time. If your dog is crate trained during the night and you wish to continue, I have medium size crate but you are welcome to drop off their own crate with them, if they like to rest in their own crate, otherwise they are free to roam around the house and rest anywhere! Does your dog have any allergies to food/other things? or is reactive with another dog, or around food? • please let me know in advance so I can take precautions. I love updates of what my pup is doing throughout the day, when I’m not with her, so if you love getting updates of pictures of your pup throughout the day or at the end of the day just let me know!

About: Aloha! My name’s Mackenzie and I genuinely love animals. I worked at a humane society in California where I grew up, and I’ve cared for many dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. I’ve lived on Oʻahu for the past three years, and I have two cats of my own. I also grew up around dogs, cats, and other animals, so being around pets has always been a huge part of my life. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, medications, supplements, walks, playtime, and more complicated care schedules. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets, and I treat every animal with patience, love, and attention like they’re my own 🐾 I work in Waikīkī, so I’m available for drop-in visits before and after work and on my days off. For boarding, I’m typically away for about 6 hours during my shift. Your pet will get plenty of attention, exercise, and care before I leave and as soon as I get home. I’m happy to be flexible with drop-off and pick-up times whenever possible. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about my schedule! I follow feeding schedules, walks, medications, litter box cleaning, and any instructions carefully. I’m also very communicative and like to ask questions and be thorough so I fully understand your pet’s routine, personality, and needs. I know how important trust is when someone is caring for your pets and in your home, so I always try to be reliable, respectful, and communicative. I currently only offer boarding for cats. Visiting cats stay in their own private room, completely separate from my two resident cats, to help everyone feel safe and comfortable. For longer stays, if both cats seem interested and ONLY if the owner is comfortable with it, I may allow short, supervised play sessions to help with enrichment and socialization.

About: Hello, my name's Rachel and I'm a 3rd year student at Drexel University. I have had pets since I was 10 years old. I just finished working at Penn Vet Working Dog Center in assisting to train working dogs that are trained for different disciplines such as; search and rescue, explosives, narcotics and medical detection. I'm experienced with very high energy and strong dogs. I believe I can handle and provide the best care for your dog. I believe both my profession and personal experience with dogs and cats has helped me gain the skills necessary to work with almost any dog. I have some experience caring for a blind and diabetic dog and feel it would not be an issue to aid those dogs with special needs.

About: I have had pets and the responsibilities of pet care all of my life. I grew up with a variety of pets, including Persian cats, boxers, pit bulls, cocker spaniels and french bull dogs. In 2021, my husband and I adopted our own dog, Summit. He is a pit bull hound mix from Kauai Humane Society and the world's biggest sweetie. My friends and family have trusted me for years to give affectionate, responsible care to their animals and homes. Since I work from home, I'm able to be around 24/7. I love a change of scenery, so leaving my home to stay in someone else's for a week or more is no problem at all, ensuring your pet has consistency. I'm affectionate and will make sure your pet has cuddles, play time, and all of their needs met and exceeded. I work from home and have completely open availability. As long as I have enough notice, any day or time works, and long-term stays are also possible. If I watch your pets in my own home, we will need to ensure your pet and my dog are a good fit together. He gets along best with small dogs. I have a fenced in backyard. But if I watch dogs or cats in your home, then I'm good with any pets!
