Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are my top priorities. I know every animal has different needs, so I’ll carefully follow your instructions regarding feeding, medications, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and any household rules. I also make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure at all times and will keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. When caring for pets in my clients’ homes, I treat both your home and your pet with the same respect and care I would expect for my own. If your pet is staying in my home or joining one of my dogs for a walk or playdate, introductions are always done slowly and only if everyone is comfortable. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, low-stress environment where your pet feels happy and well cared for.

Before your booking, I’d love to know as much as possible about your pet so I can provide the best care. Please let me know about their daily routine, feeding schedule, medications, favorite activities, fears, quirks, and any behaviors I should be aware of. If they have any medical conditions, allergies, or specific training cues, I’d appreciate knowing those as well. The more information you can share, the better I can make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away.
A typical day
A typical visit starts with making sure your pet has everything they need… fresh food and water, a potty break for dogs or a clean litter box for cats, and any medications or special care if needed. After that, I spend the rest of the visit focused on your pet! Depending on their personality, that might mean going for a walk, playing fetch, tug-of-war, chasing toys, brushing, giving belly rubs, or simply sitting with them for some company and cuddles. I always follow your pet’s routine and energy level so they feel comfortable and cared for. Before I leave, I’ll make sure everything is secure and send you photos and an update so you know how your pet is doing.

Pet care experience
I’ve had experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities throughout my life. I grew up surrounded by animals and now have two dogs of my own who are truly part of my family. I treat my dogs like princesses, and because I’m very selective about who I trust to care for them, I joined Rover to be that reliable, loving person for other pet parents. My goal is to make sure you feel completely comfortable knowing your dog is in good hands. Whether your pup needs a walk, a drop-in visit, playtime, or just some extra love and attention while you’re away, I’m happy to help. If your dog enjoys the company of other dogs, I’m also happy to bring one of my friendly pups along for a walk or playdate, only if you’re comfortable with it and it’s a good fit for everyone. I work full-time as a school psychologist, but I have a flexible schedule that allows me to care for pets in the mornings, during my lunch break (which I can take at different times), after work, and on weekends. Feel free to reach out, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule and your pet’s needs!
