About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was a teen. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing my own dog grow from a puppy to senior. I have experience with adapting to each dog’s individual needs and with caring for senior pets. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me with dog-sitting and walking. I love getting to know each dog’s personality and learning how to keep them engaged and happy! I’m currently working part time, so I am available on weekends and some weekdays for dog sitting. Weekday afternoons are usually best, and my weekends are typically open. I take the time to get to know each dog at their pace. It’s a top priority for your pet to feel safe and comfortable!

She responded positively to both of them in my room and even went up to Merit in my room where she is very protective. About: Aloha! My name’s Mackenzie and I genuinely love animals. I worked at a humane society in California where I grew up, and I’ve cared for many dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. I’ve lived on Oʻahu for the past three years, and I have two cats of my own. I also grew up around dogs, cats, and other animals, so being around pets has always been a huge part of my life. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, medications, supplements, walks, playtime, and more complicated care schedules. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets, and I treat every animal with patience, love, and attention like they’re my own 🐾 I work in Waikīkī, so I’m available for drop-in visits before and after work and on my days off. For boarding, I’m typically away for about 6 hours during my shift. Your pet will get plenty of attention, exercise, and care before I leave and as soon as I get home. I’m happy to be flexible with drop-off and pick-up times whenever possible. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about my schedule! I follow feeding schedules, walks, medications, litter box cleaning, and any instructions carefully. I’m also very communicative and like to ask questions and be thorough so I fully understand your pet’s routine, personality, and needs. I know how important trust is when someone is caring for your pets and in your home, so I always try to be reliable, respectful, and communicative. I currently only offer boarding for cats. Visiting cats stay in their own private room, completely separate from my two resident cats, to help everyone feel safe and comfortable. For longer stays, if both cats seem interested and ONLY if the owner is comfortable with it, I may allow short, supervised play sessions to help with enrichment and socialization.

About: My partner and I have a combined 30+ years experience taking care of dogs as neither of us have never not had a dog in our lives. We have a wide range of experience from training puppies to caring for senior dogs. We are also retired collegiate athletes so no amount of activity scares us away. I am a graduate student and my partner has a full time job, but I have very flexible hours and we have offset schedules so we have lots of availability between the two of us. We own a dog of my own so ee understand the responsibility of taking care of dogs. We are a dog lovers so we love being able to spend quality time with pets in addition to feeding, walking and letting them out.

About: Hello, My husband works as a scientist and I work for the department of education as an athletic trainer. We have a 2 and 5 year old that love animals. I am comfortable giving injections or pills if need be. We like to stay as active as possible and go on hikes, beach, walks as much as we can. The area we live is safe and quite place. There is a duck pond right next store and a park right across the street. My husband and I have been pet lovers since we were kids. He was raised with cats, birds and dog. While I was raised with dogs. We recently lost our English Bulldog of twelve years and even though we would like to get another dog in the future we would be happy watching your pets in the mean time. We do have little kids. They are 2 and 4 years old. We would prefer to watching dogs that are use to little kids. I don't work till the afternoon so morning walks are a must. My goal is to tire them out in the beginning on the day. Your pets are like our family. They are allowed on couches and beds. They will be loved like I love my kids. thank you very much

About: I’ve had my own pets since I was young. I have a turtle and a cat but unfortunately, I just lost my second family dog of old age and my first due to cancer. I’m not quite ready for a dog just yet but I’d love to be around them more! I make my own schedule right now so I have a lot of time to play and hangout with pets! I also walk everyday so it would be nice to have a companion! In my home now, it would be easy to care for a smaller dog since I live in a condo but I live right on the canal with a very lengthy path for walking pets!

“I book Madi regularly for walking of my dog Coke and she is great! She is always works to fit my schedule and be available, takes good care of my pup, and keeps me appraised of any issues (there are usually never any, but for example my dog at one point didn't want to walk bc his knees are getting old, nothing to do with the booking, and we were able to work together to find a solution). More than that, recently I got stuck for 11 hours on a layover returning home and my booking with Madi had already ended. I was so worried about my dog though being stuck inside for that long,and not being able to use the bathroom for 11+ hours, so I reached out to Madi and she made time to come let my dog out so he could use the bathroom while I was stuck away in another state in the airport! About: I grew up with a Vet dad, so we always had animals around and were always learning how to give them the happiest, healthiest life ever! I work from home with 3 female cats. All girls are fixed and not aggressive to new comers but we are big on maintaining distance until your fur baby is ready to socialize. Since I work from home, I am always around for the cats and love to make my home a fun environment. I have high windows with cat hammocks, lots of toys, scratchers, a cat wheel for unlimited exercise, and comfy beds to keep your cat entertained, comfortable and relaxed. I maintain a chemical and scent free home, cleaning our litter boxes 2x times a day, and make sure that our treats are low in calorie with wholesome ingredients. All high climbing areas, hammocks and tall scratchers are at view of where I normally work so I keep a close eye to ensure their safety, and keep all human food and treats far from their reach. I am all about safety, health, and relaxation so during the working day your cats will hear soothing music meant for anxious or scared cats and have automatic water fountains with filtered water for hydration. I also have a few battery powered toys to keep your cats mind stimulated even when myself or other cats aren’t actively playing with them.

About: Most recently in March 2022, I enjoyed housesitting a sharpei for 3 weeks. Before that I housesat a very adorable golden doodle for a week. In 2021, my friends would often leave their dogs with me when they would travel lasting from days - weeks. I recently completed the Google UX Design Certificate. Therefore, I’ll be job hunting full time; I have time throughout the day to walk, feed, and hang out with your dog! Since I will be housesitting, your dog will be familiar and comfortable in their own home, decreasing the possibility of anxiety and maximizing their comfort!

About: My love for animals runs deep. I have two wonderful cats that I adore. I often take my friend's dogs on walks and runs and would love to take yours too. I make sure to get playtime with your cats too and plenty of pets unless they prefer their space. I am good at reading animals' vibe and knowing when to leave them alone or engage. Of course, if you have any special requests, I'd be more than happy to complete them. If I watch your cat here, they would get to be with me in the largest room which is the office where I spend most of my time so they don't feel alone. I have hiding places and places to lay out in the sun. The room can be closed off in case they don't want to be around my cats. I don't mind if your pet needs pills, has a special diet, or needs extra care. I'm only available during the week as I work from home part-time and have plenty of time to exercise and care for your pet(s). I have a backyard with ducks that they can play with as long as they don't attack other animals. It's not fenced so they would be supervised the whole time. Otherwise, they can stay inside our spacious 3 bedroom home. There is a park 5 minutes away that I can walk them to and let them off-leash if you think that is okay.
