Hi! I’ve grown up around animals my entire life, and caring for them has always been something I genuinely enjoy. I have experience with dogs, cats, chickens, and goats, and I love getting to know each pet’s personality, routine, and comfort needs. I’ve been working through Rover for over a year and have cared for pets of all ages and energy levels. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for while their owners are away. I’m currently studying Elementary Education at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and am looking to build consistent pet care work here in Honolulu, especially near the university. My class schedule gives me flexibility throughout the day, which allows me to be reliable, present, and attentive rather than rushed!! 🙂🙂

I have years of experience being around and caring for pets, plus one year of experience specifically on Rover. I prefer house sitting, since I find it’s the most comfortable and least disruptive for pets. I take trust seriously, always follow house rules, and do everything I can to make sure your pets are safe, happy, and well cared for. :)
Ratings and reviews
Hailey was communicative, flexible and on time. She came by and spent time learning where my pup's favorite spots were, how to handle a big dog and avoid reactivity and was very sweet, caring and gentle throughout the walk. After asking a lot of good questions and a successful afternoon walk, I'm confident that we'll be booking Hailey again -- especially for dog sitting when we go out of town.
Hailey was a wonderful sitter while we were out of town for a weekend! She is an effective communicator and took the specific and niche needs of our dog seriously, which helped keep our minds at ease. We will happily be reaching out for future trips!
Hailey really helped us out when we had our dog-sitter fall through. It was a last-minute request before Memorial Day, and she came through and took great care of our Golden over the weekend.
Hailey did a great job with gunner. She checked in and sent us pictures of our happy dog!😊👍
Hailey was able to take care of our dog last minute and we really appreciate the promptness she had to meet and greet our pup. She stayed with our dog at our house, sent a few pics and updates. Overall, our dog had a great time and we were able to enjoy our vacation not stressed about our dog or house. Would book again!

Schedule
I’m currently studying Elementary Education at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and working part-time at the Cole Academy downtown. I split my time between Hawaiʻi and Washington, but while in Honolulu I’m looking for pet care opportunities close to campus!! My class schedule has plenty of gaps, which gives me lots of flexibility to care for pets throughout the day.

- Let me know if your dogs or cats have any special behaviors or needs ahead of time! I want to provide the absolute best care possible. I also get a little nervous walking dogs on super busy trails because my own dog was attacked in the past, so it helps to know how your pets do around other animals, kids, or in high-traffic areas. That way, I can make sure everyone stays safe and happy :)
