Gretchen took excellent care of our two cats and our house while we were away. She came on the agreed schedule (which worked well for them) and sent pictures, and took time to get to know the kitties first at our meet and greet. We would definitely use Gretchen again!
Gretchen couldn’t have been better with Rocky and Moose! From the moment she met them, it was clear she genuinely loves dogs, and they absolutely adored her in return. She kept us updated throughout her stay with regular check-ins, photos, and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with, and we never had to wonder how the dogs were doing. When we came home, Rocky and Moose were happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. Will book again!

Schedule
Since I am home for the summer I have all the free time in the world! I love to get outside every day and thought why not bring a dog or two along with me?

Safety, trust & environment
I can crate at night but would prefer them to sleep in bed or on a couch where they'll be the most comfortable. Safety is my number one priority so if there is anything special your cat or dog needs please let me know.

As a dog sitter, ensuring both the dog's well-being and enjoyment is key. I'd plan engaging activities like interactive play sessions with toys, refreshing walks in different environments to stimulate curiosity, and perhaps some basic training exercises to keep their mind sharp. Additionally, lots of affectionate attention and maybe even some tasty treats for good behavior would round out the day. Each dog has its own personality, so tailoring activities to their preferences ensures a happy and fulfilled pup!
