About: I’ve grown up with dogs and other pets my entire life and currently have a husky of my own, so I’m very comfortable caring for dogs with lots of energy, strong personalities, and specific routines. Having a husky has given me plenty of experience with daily exercise, long walks, basic training, grooming, and keeping an energetic dog happy and stimulated. I’ve also cared for pets for friends and family over the years, including both younger, high-energy dogs and older dogs who need a little more patience and attention. I’m comfortable following specific feeding schedules, administering basic medications, and adapting to each pet’s normal routine. As a former EMT and current PA student, I’m attentive to changes in behavior or health and comfortable staying calm if something unexpected happens. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and will treat your pet with the same care and attention I give my own. I’ll be on Oʻahu from October 18th through November 14th for one of my medical school clinical rotations in Kailua. During that time, I’ll have a fairly consistent clinical schedule, so pet care fits naturally into my mornings and evenings. I’ll be available for feeding, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention before and after my rotation each day, as well as more flexibility on my days off. Since I’ll be staying locally for the entire month, I’m also happy to work with your pet’s usual routine as much as possible. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet and home in someone else’s care. I always follow the owner’s instructions closely and try to keep each pet’s normal routine as consistent as possible, including feeding, walks, medications, exercise, and any house rules. I’m very mindful about keeping doors, gates, and yards secure, especially with pets that like to explore or make a run for it. I’ll also keep your home clean and tidy, bring in packages or mail, and keep you updated with photos and messages so you know how things are going. I’m happy to follow any specific instructions you have for your pet or home.

About: I bring over 10 years of hands-on experience working with animals, including more than 5 years as a kennel assistant and 5 years as a veterinary assistant. In addition to caring for my own pets, I’ve developed strong skills in administering medications, including insulin and asthma treatments. My time in a veterinary hospital has also given me valuable experience working with animals of all temperaments, allowing me to stay calm, patient, and attentive in any situation. I’m a full-time pet sitter, which means your pet gets my complete time, attention, and care. I’m dedicated to making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved, and that their time with me is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I have 5 years of veterinary medical experience and feel confident providing a wide range of care for pets of all needs—from those requiring more involved medical support to those who simply need extra love and cuddles. About: My wife Allie and I grew up taking care of dogs our whole lives, and we are the proud parents of 2 happy cats, Leo and Victor. I have a flexible work schedule and my wife and I can work as a team to make sure your pet is well taken care of. I work from home and the hours are very flexible. Currently I only commute to my office on Thursdays, but I am leaving the day open on my calendar in case you are time flexible and need help on a Thursday morning or evening outside of regular working hours. I am currently offering drop in and walking visits. I am very detail oriented, reliable, and know the importance of being diligent with following instructions for proper care.

About: I have always had a dog present since I was born. With that I have always wanted to build a strong connection with them. This includes belly rubs, giving treats, going for walks/venturing, or playing with doggy toys. I am currently working a part-time job and typically available at the beginning of the week. I do sometimes pick up shifts but I am pretty flexible with my time. During my days off I will have a plethora of time for your pets to keep company for a walk or being social. I often times like to match a pets energy. If they need some play time, I will be more than happy to give them needed attention. If they would like to have a more chill day, we can go for a nice calm walk or just relax outside on the grass.
