Warm, friendly, and great with Sophie, even offering to above and beyond! She dropped Sophie off for her grooming appointment and picked her up. That was very much appreciated. When we came home after our week away Sophie was relaxed, happy, and we could tell she was well-cared for and our home was in picture-perfect condition.
