“Aloha! I had a last minute booking request which Jacque accepted and got back to me right away. She set up a call so we could ask any questions which was great. From the minute our 2 pugs arrived Jacque and her family made them feel at right at home. I received regular updates with text pictures and videos. I could not have asked for better care for our pugs. This was their first stay away from home and due to Jacque and her daughter’s attention and care they had a wonderful stay! I will definitely book with the family again!”

“Natsuko came through for us after our previous sitter had a family emergency and canceled just a few days before our trip. She was easy to communicate with and took the time to meet us quickly and was very easy going about taking dogs at the last minute. She took excellent care of our senior dog, who struggles with mobility issues and needs meds. She also made sure our 2 year old lab enjoyed time with her big dogs and kept her busy every day. They came home happy and smelling good from a bath. Will definitely ask Natsuko to help us again next time! Definitely recommend!”

“We were mildly nervous about leaving our Cooper with a family that he’s not used to. The minute we contacted Kyrie, we felt at ease with her openness and willingness to allow us to introduce Cooper to her, her family and her home prior to booking. Cooper stayed with Kyrie and her family for almost 2 weeks. During that time, we were sent daily videos and pictures of how the day was going. We felt that ease with the honesty and transparency of how he was doing. Initially, he was quite nervous about being with the family, and Kyrie was very transparent about that fact. With the patince of both her and her family, Cooper quickly adjusted to being a guest in their home, and settled into being comfortable and even snuggled on their laps. In the videos, you could see that Cooper became his happy, inquisitive self again! What a relief to be so far away from our loved furry, knowing that he was being well taken care of! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We would definitely not hesitate to use Kyrie and her services again in trusting Cooper in her care!”
