“This is our Nala's second stay with Jacque and her family. They did a great job taking care of her with patience and understanding, as she is not quite the warm and fuzzy type with new people. She had an experience with a trainer when she was a puppy which left her very fearful and sometimes aggressive towards anyone outside of our family. With lots of patience, Jacque and her family were able to peel some of that fear away. All the pictures and videos of her playing with other dogs and sitting on the couch and hanging out with the family is a huge deal for Nala and for our family. We are grateful and were able to visit family off-island with peace of mind. Mahalo for helping our Nala to grow in trusting others and for caring for her.”

“Samantha was absolutely wonderful! In fact, she's such a great sitter that I almost hesitate to write this review because selfishly, I'd love to keep her availability to myself! This was our very first time leaving our puppy with a sitter, and naturally we were a little nervous. Samantha immediately put our minds at ease. Before our trip, she took the time to meet with us and show us where our puppy would be staying in her home, which made us feel so much more comfortable and confident. While we were away for nearly two weeks, Samantha kept us updated with frequent messages and adorable photos. It meant so much to know our puppy was happy, safe, and well cared for while we were gone. What impressed us even more was that she actually helped reinforce our puppy's potty training during our time away. We came home to a puppy who had continued making progress, which was such a pleasant surprise! Samantha is truly a sweetheart, and it's obvious that she has a genuine love for animals and a heart for what she does. The care, attention, and affection she showed our puppy exceeded all of our expectations. We are so grateful we came across Samantha and couldn't recommend her more highly. About: I’ve been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember, with experience ranging from energetic puppies to senior adult dogs. I genuinely love dogs and all animals, and I understand how important it is to know your pet is in caring, reliable hands. I work from home on Fridays and don’t work on weekends. I’m hardly away from my apartment aside from going to the gym which is right across the street from where I live, giving me quick and easy access to my apartment at any time. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I strive to keep their routine as consistent as possible by following your feeding schedule, exercise routine, potty breaks, medication schedule, and any other care instructions you provide. I’m comfortable administering oral medications and will make sure your pet receives the care they need. I only accept one family’s pets at a time, so your furry friend will receive my full attention and won’t have the added stress of being around unfamiliar animals. I maintain a clean, smoke free, and alcohol free environment, and my home is equipped with air conditioning to keep pets comfortable. I enjoy staying active and love taking dogs on walks, playtime adventures, or simply spending quality time with them based on their energy level and needs. Whether your pet prefers a crate, their own dog bed, or is used to sleeping in bed with someone, I’m happy to accommodate whatever helps them feel most at home. I work from home on Fridays and am home throughout the weekends, allowing me to spend plenty of quality time with your pet. Wow! Beth is literally the perfect match for our active pup! Una is 8 years old but full of energy. Beth took her on a 6-mile run every morning and played fetch with Una to her heart's content. We wish Beth lived on the island full-time so we could have Una stay with her more often!
Sofia was a wonderful and caring pet sitter for our dog, Goose! We haven't boarded him before and were nervous about leaving him. But as soon as we met Sofia we felt much more at ease. She sent us updates and pictures regularly and Goose loved his time with her. We highly recommend!
Absolutely the best. We booked a last minute 6 night boarding. After so many declinations - our Summer girl is a 13 year old senior that's a bit reactive to other dogs, and Alexandra was a blessing!! She was super attentive to Summer's needs. She took the time to ask questions, get to know her routine, and understand her personality. We got multiple updates everyday both video and photo. We felt soo blessed knowing that Summer was in good hands! We live in kapolei and would not hesitate to drive out to palolo for future boarding service. Book her if you get the chance - trust me you won't regret it!
Kelly and her partner, Syd, took excellent care of our senior dog, Lucius, for the 19 nights we were away. It was our first time using Rover and our first time leaving Lucius anywhere overnight. Kelly arranged a meet and greet at a local park and our boy took to her immediately. Her warm, friendly, and caring demeanor gave us reassurance that he would be in good hands. We also liked that she only watches one dog at a time. Lucius has pretty bad separation anxiety and doesn't like to be left alone--Kelly and Syd had the flexibility (and understanding) in their schedules to ensure that someone was home with him, or they took him with them. He got so much exercise on daily walks, hikes, shopping/coffee outings, etc. that he came back to us in better physical shape than when we left him! They even provided a dog stroller for him when they noticed the pavement was too hot. Lucius seemed so happy in the daily pictures and updates that Kelly sent, we questioned whether he would want to come back to us! We were hoping to find a caring person who would give our dog lots of love and attention during our long vacation, and Kelly went above and beyond. We look forward to seeing her again!
Highly recommend Amy! Our dog Pepper is usually shy, but she liked Amy instantly. Pepper felt right at home and we loved getting all the reassuring photo updates. Amy effortlessly accommodated Pepper’s custom feeding routine, and when Pepper had a mild, brief stomach upset, Amy was incredibly proactive, communicative, and caring. She is flexible, responsive, and gave us total peace of mind while we were away!
My dog cinnamon has ample of energy so Chloe did a wonderful job making sure he is well taken care of. She communicated well, sent me pictures and I fell my pet was in great hands. Gave feedback of how his stay was. Will definitely rebook again. Thanks Chloe. I appreciate all that you do 😁
Maple is such a wonderful dog sitter! While we were away, she kept our guy busy with lots of walks. We really appreciated that she regularly sent us photos and updates about Toffie during his stay, and that she communicated clearly before and during his stay. He seemed to feel at home and enjoyed hanging out with her, too. We highly recommend Maple and would definitely contact her again in the future.
Scott and family welcomed Ellie into their home and took great care of her. They made sure to also relieve our anxiety with many pics and videos throughout the day. They kept us well informed when Ellie wasn’t feeling well and provided her with lots of love and hugs. We appreciate their whole family!
