“Jen and Richard are the absolute BEST!!! Our goldendoodle Rosie had a blast while she stayed with them. They went above and beyond with sending us updates on Rosie, taking her to play at the beach (her favorite place in the world) and taking great care of our girl. They were also extremely well organized and totally prepared for pick up and drop off. The best part of all was the AMAZING photoshoot they had with Rosie. We will treasure the photos and plan to have some framed. Our dog loved them and came home so happy. You will not find better dog sitters out there.”

“Aloha, I would have left a 5 star times infinity rating if I could have! Pat (Patricia M.) took such great care of my pup, Fiji. The thought of kenneling (god forbid) my dog always gave me enormous stress. I cannot possibly express how happy I was when I found out that Pat was in the dog boarding business! Pat (and Luther) treated Fiji like he was part of the family. On top of that, Pat's property is any dog's fantasy, a beautiful Eden surrounded by the Ko'olau mountains with plenty of space to be a dog. My only concern was that Fiji was not going to want to come home (thankfully, he grudgingly got into my Tacoma realizing his vacation was over, too). “I wholeheartedly trust and highly recommend Jacque and Lexi (mother and daughter) as amazing sitters!!! Jacque made sure I was at ease at all times, and even accepted last minute accommodations. (I cannot thank her enough for all that she did!) Without my asking, Jacque made sure to keep me informed by sending me video and picture updates. She was very considerate of my dog's needs and took great care to ensure his comfort. Although my dog, Luca, is wary and reserved with strangers, he seems to really enjoy and get along with Jacque, Lexi, and Miko, along with theur three fur-babies. The family treated my dog with such love and care as if he were one of their own! Luca cannot wait to stay with them again in the future! 😊 Final thing to note - all the funds that’s being raised through sitting are all going towards the daughter’s future college expenses. How awesome is that?!”

“Kelly, along with her own pooch Maggie, were excellent companions for our puppy's first stay away from home. Kelly was on top of everything, because she's very professional and caring. I really appreciated the photos she sent each day showing that our dog was having a good time. Kelly was always on top of the entire process. Because we were traveling to and from the airport, together we made the drop off and pick up as smooth and quick as possible. Kelly's location, about five minutes from the airport, was perfect too.”

“Lori is an exceptional pet sitter! My two rescued terrier mixes tend to be anxious initially when meeting new people. To my surprise & delight, they warmed up right away to Lori at our Meet & Greet! Safra & Miles stayed with Lori & Darcy (her lil' Yorkie girl) for almost 2 weeks while my hubby, my daughter, & I went to the midwest to see extended family & attend a memorial service. Lori sent me daily updates, often with pics & videos included. Lori is conscientious, trustworthy, & compassionate! I feel like she listened to & honored my requests for my pups unique needs (i.e. belly band for Miles, morning pain meds for Safra, feed my dogs separately, etc.). I highly recommend Lori! In the future, she'll be our #1 choice when we need a doggie sitter!!!”

But, she provided exceptional service like providing photo updates twice a day and responding to messages promptly. Although I don’t have access to base, it was easy to meet up with Mayra. And the real evidence was when I went to pick up Chloe: she wanted to give a final nuzzle before we left. That showed me how comfortable Chloe was with Mayra and her family.
