Ratings and reviews
The both times she took great care of my dog. She sent pictures and always gives me updates. Definitely will request her again.

Kaliyah and her husband did a great job caring for my dog! I got lots of photos and updates through out her stay and I know my dog really enjoyed being able to play with their dog too. Thanks again for taking great care of Darla!

Kaliyah did an amazing job taking care of my cats for a full week! She communicated regularly, sent multiple pictures, and made the whole process so smooth by coordinating both pickup and drop-off. My cats were clearly well cared for, and I had complete peace of mind while I was away. I definitely look forward to booking with her again!

Kaliyah Sent me daily photos and updates. Her and her husband took my doggie on plenty of walks and made sure my doggie was eating properly which I appreciate. I would highly recommend them to watch my dog any time.

Another great experience for Eddie🤙

During Lucy’s stay, Hawaii was put under tsunami warning. Kaliyah informed me she was evacuating and her plan was to leave Lucy behind on the second floor of her home. I do not want to play “he said she said” so below are her own words from our Rover chat so people can form their own opinions. I removed one word to respect medical privacy. “Hi, we’re currently in the red zone for the tsunami warning here in Hawaii and need to evacuate our home. I’m [omitted for medical privacy], and due to the short notice, we unfortunately don’t have the capacity to transport them at this time. We’ll be placing dogs upstairs and doing everything we can to keep them safe. Thank you for understanding. Let me know if you’d like to pick up and any concerns!“ She informed me of this at 4:44 pm and she planned to leave her home about 45 mins later, meaning I had very limited time to find someone to pick up Lucy if I didn’t want her to be stranded alone in an area close to sea level. Hawaii was gridlocked and having anyone drive across the island to get her was almost impossible. I was panicked and terrified at the thought of Lucy being abandoned while I was halfway across the world and unable to come home. I was very fortunate to have a coworker that lived nearby who was willing to pick up Lucy. After the all clear was given, Kaliyah attempted to reach out to see if I wanted to arrange for Lucy to be dropped off and resume the booking. Obviously I was not interested in returning Lucy to that home, so I did not respond to her messages. I respect that Kaliyah was honest about her plan and gave me a chance to have Lucy picked up. But I am very disappointed that she agreed to care for my dog and then planned to leave her behind during an evacuation for a potentially devastating tsunami. I recommend Kaliyah re-evaluate her ability to care for other people’s animals until she is able to include them in any potential emergency evacuation plans.
