Although There seemed to be an unfortunate, unknown behavior elicited by my dog that forced her to end the stay early, she was prompt, cordial, and empathetic to assist with a resolution. Only reason not a 5 star is due to my impression that there may have been alternative steps taken to prevent what ultimately turned out to be a very hectic and stressful Scramble on my end to find another place for my pup last minute while off island. That being said, She certainly seems genuine and caring for all dogs and people which I want to reiterate !”
