“Tracey was great. Easy to deal with and she sent many pictures of Bodhi over the 3 days she was there. Pick up and drop off were seamless and the location was easy to find. Tracey has a great place for the dogs to play outside as well. I will definitely use her again.”

“Diana did an amazing job taking care of my dogs! I loved getting daily pictures. Her xommunication was fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!”

“Greg was great. I was very anxious to be off island for a couple weeks since we hadn't needed a dog sitter since moving to Oahu over a year before. He sent pictures nearly every day and checked in with us. Communicated very well. His home is a dog retreat and we think Giz may have had an even better vacation than we did!”

“KaVina was ABSOLUTELY amazing with my l lil man (Deuce). She kept the pics & videos coming. You could see the joy in my dogs eyes in the pictures & videos, I feel like my guy was truly able to live like he was at home. She took him for walks & played tug of war with him & kept him happy. I would definitely use her services again because she made him feel at home.”

“My lab had so much fun at her house and came home happy and tired after the weekend. Samantha kept me updated with photos and even took the extra care to reach out to me about my dog's allergies. Drop off/pick up was easy as well. I would 100% recommend her!”

“Makayla was absolutely wonderful with Huey! From the moment I booked, her communication was exactly what every pet parent hopes for when leaving their dog in someone else’s care. She sent regular updates and photos, asked thoughtful questions whenever she needed clarification, and was proactive about sharing any concerns related to his care. I booked on very short notice and still received top-tier service. It was clear that Makayla genuinely cared about Huey’s comfort, safety, and well-being. Knowing he was in such kind and capable hands gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I trust Makayla completely with my fur babies and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and compassionate pet sitter!”

“My dog did very well on his first 4-hour daycare with Christine 3 months ago. This time, it is overnight stay. I was worried, felt uneasy, then came updates. She sent photos of my dog cuddling to his son, even slept in their bedroom (just like home). She even hand-fed my dog and offered other dog food when my dog refused his food. The whole family took care of my small Pom like their own. She is really true to her word, "care for them like they’re my own."”

“Fantastic sitter. Always responsive and sends update photos. Is very caring and was flexible when my travel planes when topsy-turvy. Already looking at next bookings so my baby can go back to hang out with the pack.”

“Emma has been an amazing part of my Toast’s life. She has taken care of her like her own. Her whole family just welcomed Toast and loved on her every time. We traveled with our Toast and she worked with us and the pet travel company to ensure a smooth travel for Toasty. I literally can’t thank Emma enough for all the love and support over the years, and will definitely use her in the future. Thank you, Emma!!”

“Hailey and Ben were lifesavers taking our pup last minute and was so sweet about changes in plans. Sent daily pics and took good care of Gordo pup! Thank you guys!”

“We were a bit hesitant of leaving our dog, Mele, after having several bad experiences with other dog sitters. Mele usually comes back sick or acting like a different dog. Kyrie took great care of Mele. She was very responsive to texts and gave us daily photos/videos. Mele came back exactly like we left her, happy and healthy. Thanks Kyrie!”

“Scarlett had a great time & did not want to leave her! She was able to adjust her schedule with short notice and would send photos periodically as an update ! Definitely a repeat customer here ! Thanks again !”

“Brianda took great care of our two dogs. Provided daily updates and photos, giving us peace of mind. Would strongly recommend to anybody looking for a place to board their dogs for a short period of time.”

“I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Camille. She was the sweetest person ever. She took such great care of Ziggy. She sent multiple daily updates and pictures letting us know how our baby was doing. It was clear Ziggy was family his entire stay. 100% recommend. Thank you so much.”

“Kea would love to stay with Katharine and David again. He was very well taken care of. He was able to go on an adventure. He liked having his walks and making new friends!”

About: I have experience caring for German Shepherds and mixed breed dogs, including high energy pups like my own dog, Atlas. I’m comfortable working with active dogs that enjoy playtime, long walks, and staying mentally and physically engaged. I’m very consistent with routines and make sure pets are fed on time, taken out for scheduled potty breaks, and given plenty of attention throughout the day. I also have experience administering oral medications and always follow instructions carefully to ensure pets stay healthy and comfortable. Your pet’s safety, happiness, and well being are always my top priority, and I treat every dog as if they were my own. I’m currently not working, so I’m home most of the day and have a very flexible schedule. Aside from brief outings like the gym or grocery runs, I’m able to provide consistent care, timely feedings, potty breaks, walks, and plenty of attention throughout the day. Due to my schedule, I’m able to stick closely to feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and any special care needs throughout the day. Because I’m home often, pets are rarely left alone and get consistent supervision, companionship, and routine.

“Alexandra has been watching my kitties on multiple occasions recently, and I honestly do not know what I would do without her. Previously I used friends to stop in when they could, but I really feel so much better knowing that Alexandra is so good with cats, is consistent, and is incredibly communicative! Like most of us who consider our pets to be our own children, initially the idea of having a "stranger" look after them was a little scary. But upon meeting her immediately I felt at ease, and have seriously felt so incredibly lucky to have found her. I don't worry at all, and everyone should be so lucky to have her check on their kitties as well. I couldn't recommend her more!”

“Caroline was great! Our senior girl really warmed up to her and ended up being super lovey and sweet! Caroline was a very thorough communicator and gave us lots of great pics while we were away. I’d highly recommend Caroline for your fur baby!”

“Rebecca is hands down the best sitter we’ve ever had! She was extremely thorough during our meet and greet to make sure she could take care of our kitties exactly how we wanted. While we were away, she not only sent multiple pictures every day, but also videos and written updates. From her messages I could tell she truly cared about our cats and enjoyed spending time with them. I felt extremely comfortable with her staying in my home and taking care of my kitties. Will definitely book her again in a heart beat! Thank you so much Rebecca!”

“Great service! I felt very comfortable leaving my kitty with Jamie. She was always communicating and letting me know when she would be heading over. Grateful to have hired her. I highly recommend her if your anxious leaving your pet because they will be in good hands with Jamie!!”

“So so so nice! She was super quick to respond and came in clutch when someone else canceled. She communicated a lot and went above and beyond to make sure my pup was taken care of! I would definitely book with her again!”

About: I’ve loved caring for cats ever since I was little and my grandma let me feed her kitty’s! I’m comfortable caring for all personalities, from outgoing kittens to shy or senior cats!
About: As a professional hypnotherapist specializing in emotional trauma, I bring a calm, empathetic presence to pet care. Combined with my nannying background and experience raising three dogs from puppy (2 Bullterriers & 1 Staffordshire mix) and currently caring for my recently adopted 1.5 year old female doberman, I create a balanced environment perfect for soothing anxious pets, and caring for dogs of all ages I am currently building my business and have plenty of flexible home office time, so there is lots of time and opportunity to go for walks and play time. Our home is roomy & secure and I can fit a small to medium crate if needed. We have lots of walkways and I love to go take dog for beach walks or easy hikes when I can
“We have used Meagan twice and she already has the trust of our cats. It is especially unusual for our blind cat to warm up to anyone quickly. Meagan communicates with us daily and sends photos and feedback. I would highly recommend her.”

“Chloe was amazing, we received the sweetest pictures. Mingo is very shy but felt very comfortable with Chloe immediately. I highly recommend using Chloe to love on your pets or babies ♥️, when you must be away.”

About: I’ve always had dogs growing up, however, the journey is raising my own Australian shepherd has been a beautiful experience. I understand what it’s like to trust someone to take care of my baby. I will treat you and your pup as if it was me and my Aussie. Currently, I’m living on island without my dog Chance and would love the opportunity to take care of yours until Chance is able to join me out here. So there would be no other dog with me! I’m currently in the process of starting a new job (2.6.26) and have full availability. I’m not sure what my schedule will look like once I start, but I’ll keep you in the loop with all inquiries. Caring for pets in my clients home enables the pets to be comfortable in their home environment. I will do what I can to make this change in their life as minimal as possible. I’m a new friend for them and will learn as much as I can of their daily schedule to maintain as normal of a life for them!

About: I've always had a big heart for all animals. Growing up, we weren't allowed to have any pets larger than a rabbit- so I worked with that. We had fish, turtles, a lizard, chinchilla, but always begged for more. On my 12th birthday was when my sister and I were finally granted a miracle- our mother was allowing for us to adopt a set of kittens. From there, our furry family grew. We now have another cat and two dogs! When working to prove our responsibility, my sister and I took it upon ourselves to become our neighborhoods pet sitter and walker. In school, I had won an award for dedicating most community service hours where I volunteered to help at my local animal shelter. After high school I moved a lot for school and work, so had to leave behind my furry family behind at my familys home. Today in NC I have a small pup and rescued stray cat. They are the lights of my life and I would love to share some love with your fur baby as well!
About: Rest assured your pets will be well taken care of with me! I’m a veterinary technician who specializes in emergency and critical care, my hours are extremely flexible and I can provide attentive round the clock care to your pets. Having worked at both major 24 hr veterinary ER and specialty centers on island, I have extensive knowledge and experience when it comes to animal medicine and my rate reflects that. I offer medical boarding for any special needs pets at no additional charge and will ensure any paraplegic kiddos remain clean and regularly bathed. Medication administration is included if necessary as we I commonly take on senior or chronic illness pets. I live in a duplex style house in Aiea with a shared unfenced yard we use with long leads. We have a small fenced area right outside our door that we have set up with raised and perforated turf tiles to allow immediate access to bathroom breaks if we can’t make it out for a walk right away. (We clean this area after every potty to ensure it stays clean as dogs also like to use this area to sunbathe). Our two story home is ideal for both pets that love other animals and those that don’t. I have specialized in behavior modification for years so I regularly take on pets that have their own quirks. We are able to keep dogs separate while they acclimate to their new surroundings without crating them. However, we do ask that you provide a crate if your dog is used to that. I have 4 dogs of my own, 2 are trained service dogs and the other 2 are well behaved (but energetic) pups who all love other dogs. They have been my assistants for behavior modification when we work on reactivity in other dogs. My dogs are all crate trained and go in their crates to sleep or if we need to run an errand with the exception of my female, Julep. She typically stays out in the house when we leave unless one of our boarding dogs needs to roam. Boarding in our homes means that your dogs will get 2 long walks a day (I’m currently in a leg immobilizer so I am limited in the physical exercise I can provide outside) from my wonderful boyfriend who works for HFD. They will have 24/7 access to potty breaks and will not be left unattended for more than 4 hours. For everyone’s safety, we crate dogs if we are gone. Dogs unable to be crated can be left out either downstairs or upstairs, separated by a gate. We do not allow dogs from different families to stay out together unattended, however if you are boarding more than 1 of your own dogs who cannot be crated and/or are trusted to be left out together we can accommodate that. We have 24/7 2-way audio cameras in the house to ensure everyone’s safety if I do need to run out for anything. We have plenty of treats, toys, and puzzles to keep everyone entertained throughout the day and love taking well behaved and socialized dogs to Moanalua off leash dog park or Kuliouou beach park. I’ve worked 7+ years in VetMed and behavior modification. I am currently home almost 24/7 due to an injury so I can provide round the clock care for our boarders. We have a very structured home, morning walks before 6am and breakfast shortly after that (all dogs eat either in their own crate or in a separate area of the house as to not risk any resource guarding behavior). Multiple short bathroom walks throughout the day and constant access to an enclosed outdoor area for emergency bathroom breaks or fresh air. Dinner at 5pm and evening walks around 6/7pm when my boyfriend gets home from work. During the day dogs are either all out together or rotated through different areas if they don’t play well with others. We have tons of toys, beds, blankets, etc so you don’t need to supply your own. You are more than welcome to but one of my dogs is a shredder so I cannot guarantee anything soft/stuffed will make it back in one piece. I do my best but Julep really likes to disembowel toys and beds. We board at maximum 4 dogs at a time, which means 8 dogs in the house. If you have a special needs dog that you feel requires private booking please include that in your booking request so we can discuss their needs! At night we do our best to accommodate your pups regular sleeping routine. Whether that is crate, couch, floor, dog, our bed, etc.

“I rescued Millie a couple of weeks ago and since then (and probably before then as well), she has shown aggression towards people strangers. About: A retired marine biologist. I have had dogs my entire life. Raised puppies and watched them grow old. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and energy levels. Retired. I’m available most days if you need your pets to be simply fed, let out to pee, or to be entertained. While I take same day requests, there are no guarantees because I have several regularly scheduled walks and drop ins. Please reply promptly, I archive when no response in 24 hours. I have a fenced yard and a young corgi who has full run of the house. He can be shy to other dogs. If your dog has any aggressive tendencies or Keahi does not get along with them for whatever reason, we cannot board your dog. Meet and greets are mandatory before any boarding or daycare. Dogs must be house trained for boarding or daycare (paper trained is not house trained). I cannot and will not leave food out. If your dog has issues eating when they are fed (I feed them when I feed my dog), I have to take your dog’s food away and store it. This is a house, not a kennel where your dog has an assigned lot. If your dog has these feeding issues, consider another sitter. I have no kids on property.
About: I know that your dog is more than just a pet—they’re family. That’s why I provide loving, reliable, and stress-free dog-sitting services tailored to your pup’s needs. Whether you’re away for a few hours or an extended trip, you can count on me to offer attentive care, regular exercise, and plenty of belly rubs. With a passion for animals and years of experience, I ensure your furry friend stays happy, safe, and comfortable while you’re away. Book with me today and give your dog the care they deserve! I’m currently a SAHM so my schedule is typically open. I do however only watch one dog at a time to provide them with a comfortable stay. They must have a bed or kennel provided with their stay. I will follow special instructions, if needed. I feed them, take them on walks, play with them, pet and cuddle them. Maybe, take them on a car ride if they like that.

About: Our oldest dog is 5 years old, being an intelligent, high energy breed she’s taught me everything I know! I wanted to start dog sitting specifically for military families, so you can be confident your pets are in good hands for an affordable price when you need to leave the island or are working long hours! MUST have access onto Hickam military base I’m a stay at home mom so I’m always home! I have plenty of time and space to give your pets the attention they need I keep my dogs on a strict feeding/potty schedule and pay attention to their cues, I can provide the same level of care and attention to detail for your pets! “Amy is an absolute lifesaver with my three dogs. Even my biggest, most skittish baby gets super excited to see Aimee each day. She is always very reliable and communicative which eases my mind when I have to be away from the dogs.”

“I highly recommend Catalina if you need someone to take care of your pet. She is dedicated, compassionate, and understanding towards animals. If you want someone who will treat your pet with love, then Catalina on Rover.com is the right person for you. I recently booked Catalina for doggy day care on Rover.com when I was in town. Even though I arranged it at the last minute, Catalina was a lifesaver for my 12-year-old Miniature American Eskimo, Nimbus, who has slight separation anxiety. Catalina was very friendly and welcoming from the beginning, which helped me and Nimbus feel at ease. Even though I forgot to bring Nimbus's toys, Catalina took care of her well during the seven hours she was with her. Catalina went above and beyond to make sure Nimbus was comfortable. Nimbus was given specific treats that I provided, brushed, and walked. It was clear that Catalina cared for Nimbus and was aware of her anxiety. Catalina was also mindful of Nimbus's behavior. Nimbus is not good with other dogs and has a tendency to chase cats. Catalina kept Nimbus in a safe and comfortable environment and made sure she was away from anything that could distress her. This shows how much Catalina tailors her care to each pet's specific needs. Catalina's ability to adapt to Nimbus's specific needs proves why I highly recommend her services on Rover.com.”

“This was Mochi’s first time with Jayda and he was very happy after his walk! Mochi always has a good time going on walks, and I could tell he really enjoyed being with her. I also really appreciated that she accepted my last-minute request after getting off work, which was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. Her communication and updates were great throughout everything. I would definitely trust Jayda with Mochi again and highly recommend her!”

“Aimee is professional and always shows up when she says she will. She's even willing to add a day if you need it. I've been very happy with the service and the communication. My dog likes her also. I couldn't do my job if it wasn't for the reliability Aimee provides.”

“Sierra did a wonderful job taking care of my baby girl. My dog tends to not eat when I work a lot outside the home until I get home. Sierra stood by her and helped her feel comfortable enough to eat while I was gone after a nice little walk. I really appreciated how many pics she took and her informative summaries.”

“Thankful for Josie, trust her with Alika and picking him up when we are not home. It's such a big relief when we are out and a good break for Alika to get out of the crate and be happy.”

About: I love animals! I’ve had all types and sizes of dogs in my house growing up, ranging from breeds such as chihuahuas to great pyrenees. I’ve also had cats in the past and used the cat sit for neighbors. I’ve taken care of dogs for friends, neighbors, and family in the past, and I love it! I do not have any animals, so this is super fun for me to also take care of your precious animals! I love to run and go on walks regularly, so taking your little one along is no issue at all. I work full time but I am often home throughout the day for lunch and can be home more to let puppies out as needed, because I live close to work! I am usually home by 4:30 and love to go on walks and runs, but also can hang out in the apartment if that is best for your dog! I have grass areas in the apartment complex for quick bathroom breaks, and I can easily take them out for walks! Animals are allowed on furniture, and I always keep my apartment clear of flowers, food and substances that could harm animals.

About: Aloha mai kākou! Dogs have always been my favorite kind of company. I share my home with my own two pups, Mahina and Linus, who keep my life full of walks, cuddles, and a lot of personality, so a house with a dog in it always feels right to me. I’ve been the go-to dog sitter for my family and friends for years. I’m the regular sitter for my parents’ two small dogs, so I know the ins and outs of caring for little ones, their routines, their quirks, and the extra gentleness they sometimes need. I also regularly watch a friend’s 100-pound dog when they’re away, so big, energetic pups are right in my comfort zone too. Over the years I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities for families across the island, and I’ve loved every one of them like my own. Whether your pup is a tiny lap dog or a giant goofball, I’ll keep them safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. I treat every dog like ʻohana, because we all are.

About: Hi I’m Shay and I’ve been taking care of animals since I was very young from family dogs to neighbors pets (dogs, cats, iguanas, Guinea pigs, rats, bunnies). Before I joined the military I started my own dog walking/dog sitting business in Southern California that I ran for several years. My wife Tayler and I will be caring for your pet together and she also has many years of experience with caring for dogs and cats. Between the two of us we are sure your pet will have a caring and fun stay. We both work during the week but we are available for daycare/boarding/walks Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday because Tayler works from home Fridays and Mondays and we are both off on weekends. We are also available most holidays as well. When your pet is in our care we will do our best to keep your pets schedule as close to how it normally is at home to ease any stress. We live in an apartment and have a dog of our own that loves playing with other dogs! Though we don’t have a yard we have lots of areas to go for nice long walks and lots of grassy spots for potty breaks. With your permission we can also take your dog to the dog park or other places for adventures.
About: I have a natural love for animals and a calm, reliable presence that helps pets feel safe and cared for. I enjoy working with dogs and cats of all personalities, from playful puppies to older pets who need a slower, gentler approach. I can help with dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, doggy day care, feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, playtime, basic cleanup, litter box care, medication reminders if needed, and regular photo updates so you always know your pet is doing well. I understand that every pet has their own routine, personality, and comfort level, so I take time to follow each owner’s instructions closely. Whether your pet needs exercise, companionship, structure, or just someone patient and trustworthy while you’re away, I will treat them with kindness, respect, and attention. Your pet’s safety is my top priority. I keep walks controlled, avoid unsafe interactions, monitor behavior carefully, and make sure your home and pet are cared for responsibly. I’m dependable, communicative, and happy to provide updates after every visit, walk, or stay. I would love the opportunity to care for your dog or cat like they are part of my own family. Sincerely, Cassidy Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I enjoy staying active, being outdoors, and creating calm, dependable structure throughout the day. I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide walks, drop-in visits, day care, house sitting, and consistent check-ins. I’m available during the week and on weekends, and I’m happy to follow each pet’s normal routine for feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, litter care, medication reminders, and updates. Caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy, so I make time to give each pet patient, loving, and reliable attention. I care for pets by following each owner’s instructions closely and keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. In a client’s home, I make sure pets have fresh food and water, potty breaks or litter care, walks, playtime, basic cleanup, and plenty of attention. I also respect the home, keep doors and gates secure, and send regular updates with photos. For walks and drop-in visits, I focus on safety, exercise, and companionship. I keep dogs leashed, avoid unsafe interactions, and pay attention to each pet’s energy level, behavior, and comfort. For house sitting, I provide calm overnight care, maintain the pet’s normal schedule, and help keep the home clean, safe, and secure while the owner is away. For day care or care in my home, I create a peaceful, supervised environment with fresh water, potty breaks, playtime, rest time, and lots of loving attention. I always make sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for like family.

“I just have to give a HUGE shoutout to Charlene for being the absolute best dog sitter for my sweet Miss Ellie! From the moment we connected, I felt at ease knowing Ellie would be in great hands — and Charlene went above and beyond my expectations. She made sure Ellie ate well, was cared for with love and attention, and stayed happy and comfortable the entire time. I was so impressed by her kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for animals. It’s not easy leaving your fur baby with someone, but Charlene made it such a smooth and worry-free experience. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a trustworthy, loving sitter, and I will definitely be using her again in the future!”

“Great experience leaving my Boston Terrier with Lily. She gave great daily updates. Has a nice size yard for the dogs to play in. My dog had a wonderful time with her and her two Golden’s!”

“Dianna is the best! She takes the best care of our pup ili. We feel so safe and reassured knowing our pet is in the best hands with Dianna and her family. It’s make taking vacations so easy and care free for us. Dianna is must book for any of dog sitting needs!”

“This was our first time leaving our 2 dogs with someone in Hawaii and Trinity did an amazing job with our dogs. I was a bit nervous at first, but after the initial meet with their dogs, I knew they’d get alot of play time. They had so much fun doing so many activities like the beach and dog park, which I really appreciated. It’s always nice knowing your dogs are well taken care of when you’re out on vacation. We received tons of pictures which was great!”

“Madara was a great sitter. My dog felt right at home and got along with their dog very well. She provided a lot of updates and was very communicative the entire time.”
