About: A retired marine biologist. I have had dogs my entire life. Raised puppies and watched them grow old. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and energy levels. Retired. I’m available most days if you need your pets to be simply fed, let out to pee, or to be entertained. While I take same day requests, there are no guarantees because I have several regularly scheduled walks and drop ins. Please reply promptly, I archive when no response in 24 hours. I have a fenced yard and a young corgi who has full run of the house. He can be shy to other dogs. If your dog has any aggressive tendencies or Keahi does not get along with them for whatever reason, we cannot board your dog. Meet and greets are mandatory before any boarding or daycare. Dogs must be house trained for boarding or daycare (paper trained is not house trained). I cannot and will not leave food out. If your dog has issues eating when they are fed (I feed them when I feed my dog), I have to take your dog’s food away and store it. This is a house, not a kennel where your dog has an assigned lot. If your dog has these feeding issues, consider another sitter. I have no kids on property.

About: I have grown up with pets my whole life. From dogs, cats and horses. I’m experienced with senior dogs to puppies. Experienced with medication administration. Available for last minute drop ins to weekend sitting. Look forward to meeting your fur babies. I currently work a very flexible full time job. I work a day shift. My husband works graveyard. So someone will always be with your pet I live in a dog friendly apartment that is on the first floor so is ideal for senior dogs having hard time walking. I will ensure they are walked and feed when needed. If baths or medication is needed to be administered I am able to do this as well.

Chelsie was absolutely amazing with my dog! From the start, she was so kind, responsive, and clearly cared deeply about giving him the best experience possible. My pup is pretty anxious and definitely high-maintenance, requiring a lot of extra care and attention, and Chelsie handled it all so effortlessly. She truly went above and beyond—taking him everywhere with her and making sure he felt included, safe, and loved the entire time he was away from me. He also has a pretty intensive medication schedule, and she managed it perfectly, which gave me so much peace of mind. She kept me constantly updated with tons of photos and detailed messages, so I always knew how he was doing. It was clear he was getting lots of great care and attention. Rosie has been going to daycare once a week w Kaylee for the last 6 months. My awkward dog has grown more and more outgoing And playful with the other daycare dogs and gets so excited in the morning at the word "daycare". Kaylee's very good at slowly introducing dogs of different personalities and I've always felt so safe and happy dropping off my "baby".
