She constantly send me updates with pictures and videos. I’m always anxious leaving and always worry about Archie but I really did not have to. Archie loves her and always gets excited to see her. Ria has walked Archie many times and she takes him on little adventures to the beach or the dog park. She is very quick to respond and open to any needs. Archie can get very anxious sometimes but I know that Ria knows what to do and knows how to help him in the situation. I 100% recommend Ria for your dog sitting or walking needs. About: I have had dogs my entire life, I have experience training 4 dogs from puppy age through middle age and up until senior age! The dogs I have taken care of range from big dogs (german shepherds) to tiny dogs (teacup chihuahuas). I have a very active lifestyle that allows me to have fun with the dogs and get them active. I have experienced working with shelter dogs, I actively walked them and fed them. I HAVE BASE ACCESS :) !! My schedule has my days ending early afternoons so I would be available to stop in for walks/check-ins after. My nights are flexible for night visits. I currently live in dorm housing where animals are not allowed but for care inside client homes I will keep a watchful eye when letting your pet out and pay close attention to instructions.

About: I've helped taken care of dogs since I was 9 years old. I grew up with a dachshund, german shepherd and shiba inu. All have completely different personalities and sizes. I frequently walked, bathed, played with them and given them lots of cuddles! I recently spent 6 months taking care of my sisters two dogs and two cats in Alaska full time. She has a miniature dachshund and mixed German Shepard. I took care of all of their needs during the day. We went on early morning walks everyday, played in the snow, played with toys and had lots of cuddles! I recently became a certified Registered Behavior Technician! Due to having two clients per day that I attend to, this does mean that I will be working a full time working schedule from 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri. As long as you and your pet are okay with that schedule, we might be the perfect match! Other than work, I will be spending my free time with your fur baby! I currently take care of my family dog. He is a German Shepard. I care for him, along with my parents and siblings. I love him so much, he’s loving and very protective. I do all of the important tasks that it takes to take care of them, they are my babies! I would be sure to do everything I can to satisfy you and your pup. I love spending time with animals and am excited to meet your dog/cat in the future!

“It’s always hard to leave a family member home with a sitter. Janey is different. She cares for your pet as a member of her family. I’ve met Janey a few times before leaving on my 4 night trip. I started with a meet and greet. Then I scheduled a 4 hour house visit. So by my scheduled trip I knew that Colbie would be comfortable with her. I had a few “asks” of her during the stay and she fulfilled them up to my expectations. I knew after the first night that I didn’t need to get pictures and updates from her. I was able to enjoy my vacation to its fullest. As I returned, I asked if she would do it again and she said yes. I will be using Janey again for upcoming monthy house visits and another vacation or two. Can’t go wrong with Janey.”

Now with a place of my own with no stairs, I love to included services for senior dogs. I am currently working from home part time so I am excited to take your pups out for a daily walk, check in on them during the day, or even board them over night! I have flexible availability other than Saturdays. I have a fenced in yard and a dog of my own. I do not have any stairs so my home is senior-dog friendly. I crate trained my dog as a puppy and happy to do that for your dog as well.
