* took a break from September 23- May 24 * I'm like the favorite aunt, but for cats. I will tell you all about your cat's behaviors, as well as the naughty and adorable things they do each visit so you can feel like you were there the whole time. I also pay very close attention to your cat's normal behaviors so if something seems off, I will let you know in that moment! About me: I grew up with various animals, but mostly rescued cats. I make sure my cats are taken care of before I take care of myself. Over the years, I've looked after neighbors' and friend's cats, but just as a favor.

Cats aren't "just animals" no, they're family and I will always treat them as such. Not a believer in rehoming, or physically punishing animals. I believe in positive affirmations and will treat your kitties how I do mine. While my cats are still adjusting to the move here to the island, I will only be visiting or staying at households if need be. I'll be sure to send you all the updates you want and you will get plenty of photos while I'm taking care of your fur-children! I have a few repeat clients off of here due to the app taking 20%, so my repeat client count is not completely accurate.

Destiny is great. She sent lots of pictures and detailed updates multiple times about how my cat was doing. Very obvious she cares and is great with pets. She left my apartment very clean and my cat was super happy!
We are very happy to have had Destiny care for Kika, our 14 year old cat! This was our second time booking Destiny to care for Kika while we were away on a trip. Destiny truly cared for Kika and would send us Rover cards after each visit which really eased our worries. If you are looking for someone to care for your cat(s), Destiny is the best there is!
Destiny watched my kitties for the second time, and she was just as wonderful as she was the first time! One of my kitties is now so attached to her that he was laying on her foot to try to stop her from leaving! 😅 In addition to taking care of my cats, Destiny also took wonderful care of my apartment, cleaning it and even doing some laundry before I arrived back home. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her!
Destiny is so much more than just a cat sitter - she’s a cat whisperer and has a tremendous wealth of knowledge about cats. She made me feel so comfortable being away from my kitties for a week with her daily comprehensive notes and all the beautiful pics she shared with me! When my kitties were having trouble adjusting to me being away, she was able to problem solve and make changes based on her observations of their behavior. I was so grateful to have someone watching them who was able to make adjustments as needed to meet their needs. She truly will become your cats’ best friend while you’re away! My kitties were happy and healthy when I returned home. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
I couldn’t have asked for anyone better than Destiny. She’s trustworthy, communicates quickly, and truly cares. My family and I went on a 10-day trip and Destiny dropped in everyday twice a day, morning and evening, to care for our 13 year old cat. It was my first time using Rover and I was a bit nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. Destiny relieved all of nerves and worries which allowed me to have fun on my family trip. She sent us Rover cards after every drop-in which included a descriptive write-up with a bunch of photos. My family and I looked forward to reading her Rover cards everyday. She never missed a drop-in and she had 20 of them with our cat! If you are looking for someone to care for your cat(s), Destiny is hands down the best sitter on Rover.
Destiny was extremely professional and caring for my kittens. She took exceptional care of them and ensured they were not only fed but also loved and played with. She took the time to make sure they got ample food and playtime. She additionally went above and beyond and provided recommendations based off of her experience on how to better care for my kittens. I could not be happier with her services, highly recommend.

Schedule
I work as a direct support worker for people with intellectual disabilities and go to school (mostly online) at the moment, but my schedule is pretty flexible. With the right communication, I can arrange those around your cat's feeding and play times!
