About: I’ve grown up with cats since I was 4 years old and was responsible for all of their needs - feeding, brushing, nail clipping, litter cleaning, and of course playing and cuddling. I cared for them through their old age providing medication, physical therapy exercises, and inserting IV drips. I’ve also been my friends’ dog sitter (funcle) over the past 6 years, giving them all the walks, pets, attention, and playtime they need while their parents are away. I currently work full-time from home and can give all the attention to your pets’ throughout the work hours of the weekdays! I like to be active after work and weekends, and can take your pups out for runs or hikes, or we could lounge and chill if that’s what they need. About: Throughout college I cared for many dogs for family, friends, and as a side gig. I am experienced in dog walking, feeding, oral medication administration, and light grooming. We have a small outdoor area for on-leash play and are a three minute drive to a big park/field where we have a good dog community. I’m an adoptions coordinator at a rabbit rescue, and I love talking to people and making a difference in the animals' lives. About: We both grew up living with and caring for multiple dogs, and our dogs have always been a very important part of our lives. We greatly enjoy getting to love on and care for dogs of many kinds. We are active and would love to play with your pup! :) We work in Honolulu, and are able to care for dogs in town! About: I’ve been taking care of dogs of every breed and size my whole life. My household growing up has always had at least 1 extra fluffy family member making our lives better. I have always had a way with dogs, and have been one to call on to take care for the likes of family, friends, and strangers alike. “My mom and sister were staying at our place to watch one of our dogs Logan while we were traveling, and we wanted to hire a dog walker to walk Logan before bed at night since Waikiki can be sketchy at night. Liana and Wilbur agreed to do so and were great with Logan. They were very punctual and sent us pics every night. Logan can be snappy with certain dogs, but they said he was good with them. Although I wasn’t able to meet them personally (my gf met them before we left for the trip), I would highly recommend them as my Mom and gf said they are a very nice couple.”
About: Hi my name is Jill! I have 4 years of dog training experience, though I do not offer dog training on Rover currently. I have my own dog, and have had and taken care of dogs my whole life. I am very well educated on dog behavior and health. I know how to tell signs of heat exhaustion and how to prevent it. I can remain calm, take action and think responsibly in a time of high stress. I know how to safely and correctly break up a dog fight, and how to prevent and de-escalate the situation. I am an equestrian, and can handle big animals, including big dogs. I have taken care of small animals, exotic animals, and very big animals. I have taken care of and trained different breeds, sizes, and ages of dogs including puppies, senior dogs, aggressive, reactive, confident, and timid dogs. I treat every dog as if they were my own and my priority is their safety over anything, and of course they’re happiness and comfortability. I know how to correctly use and introduce training tools, like prong collars, muzzles, slip lead, martingale, fur saver, choke chain, and more. I know when and when not to give water to prevent bloat. I also have grooming experience. I know how to safely introduce two dogs to each other. I’m very good at reading dog body language and keeping all animals safe and happy. Reading a dog’s body language and acting accordingly is very important to me, most dog lovers or walkers love dogs but wouldn’t truly know that a dog may be uncomfortable or overlook subtle negative signs. I am very grateful for the experience and knowledge I have worked hard to achieve to be able to do more than just love dogs but make a difference and advocate for them and keep them completely safe even from most overlooked dangers. I love dogs but more importantly I love being able to keep dogs happy and safe, and giving them the life they deserve. Your dog will be incredibly safe the entire time, and in responsible, educated, loving hands. I’m available for walking pets during the day until 5:30 pm. I’m able to do some weekends. I’m currently only doing Rover, so I have all the time for your pets! I won’t do drop in visits alone if someone is in the house for safety reasons, I will usually only do drop in visits for female owners because I am a young female. For walking dogs, I always check the ground too make sure it’s not too hot, I wait 30 minutes after a walk to give large amounts of water to prevent bloating, I know the area and what places are dog friendly if your dog needs shade and air conditioning. I carry pet corrector, which is a can of compressed air and completely harmless to scare off any aggressive/off leash dogs to prevent a fight. I don’t go to dog park unless asked because they can be an irresponsible and unsafe environment. I don’t do on leash greets to prevent fights. I carry poop bags, and water with the dogs. I don’t allow dogs to eat or drink anything that is not given to them to prevent illness. I’m very observant when on walk so I can keep myself and the dog safe.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life from cats and dogs to crabs and fish. I love animals and caring for them like they are my own children that i birthed. I am a senior college student with lots of downtime throughout my schedule during the week that needs to be filled with animal love and care I have a fenced backyard in a nice neighborhood. Lots of animal accessories , including beds, toys, crates, and bathing supplies. No other animals at the moment are staying at my house.
About: I have been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I grew up having multiple dogs and cats at a time. I have helped by grandma, neighbors and family friends with dog sitting, bathing, and walking since I was young. I love cats and their personality! I am unfazed by cleaning up after animals and am a professional litter box cleaner. I would consider my professional experience to be close to 7 years (definitely longer but I have been reimbursed for my services for the past 7 years). I’m currently very flexible with my schedule, which allows me to easily work around your needs and your pet’s routine! Whether your furry friend needs a morning walk, a midday check-in, feeding, companionship, or some extra playtime and attention, I’m happy to be there. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, so I’m more than happy to accommodate their schedule as much as possible. About: I’ve always loved animals. Growing up I’ve taken care of multiple of my neighbors dogs and cats, starting at eight years old. I’ve also grown up with a dog of my own. Pet care is the number one thing on my schedule! Followed by working out and surfing I love to spend my time with, and care for animals. I would gladly make sure your pet is taken care of and their needs are met at all times. Whether it’s dropping in and playing with your pet or on walks or bathroom breaks the animals safety and well-being along with your trust is my number one priority.
About: I grew up with dogs my whole life, and I took care of others’ dogs since I was 12. I’d love the chance to take your dogs on walks until I’m able to have a dog of my own. I’d be happy to find a few dogs I can walk regularly. New to Oahu and excited to meet some new pups! I don’t have a job yet so I have flexibility and availability on weekdays to help with dog walks or take your dog out while you’re at work. I’m an RN, so once I have a job I’ll still have many days off and flexibility. I will follow your instructions on how to best walk your dog - use your commands, keep dogs on leash, and respect your dog and your home when I pick up/drop off.

About: I have owned dogs my entire life, and I have extensive experience in dog-walking and sitting, cat care, and home care, ever since I was a teenager. I love animals and am even a wildlife photographer. I have personal experience service training dogs for psychiatric service, as well. I am able to ensure not only premium, safe, and reliable love and care for your animals, but also your plants and the general welfare of your home while you’re away. If your animal has special needs or training curriculums, I am able to meet them, so your time away doesn’t become time off from necessary routines or specialized care. About: I’m dependable, organized, and used to managing responsibilities professionally. Your pet will be treated like family in a safe, calm environment. I’ve had multi more pets growing up. I currently work full time at Heco but remote most days. I am available Mondays Fridays and the weekends. We will be able to take walks, go to parks and enjoy the weather. About: I’ve grown up with cats since I was 4 years old and was responsible for all of their needs - feeding, brushing, nail clipping, litter cleaning, and of course playing and cuddling. I cared for them through their old age providing medication, physical therapy exercises, and inserting IV drips. I’ve also been my friends’ dog sitter (funcle) over the past 6 years, giving them all the walks, pets, attention, and playtime they need while their parents are away. I currently work full-time from home and can give all the attention to your pets’ throughout the work hours of the weekdays! I like to be active after work and weekends, and can take your pups out for runs or hikes, or we could lounge and chill if that’s what they need. I live in a quiet, walkable neighborhood that’s pet friendly. We have no pets at home right now so I’ll be around to give full attention to your pet!
