About: After the death of our beloved dog, our family decided to take a break from dog ownership to heal and rest a bit. I have had dogs (usually more than 1 at a time) my whole life! Pet sitting is my way of loving on dogs during this busy stage of life when I cannot have my own. I would love to shower your dog with lots of love and attention! We do have a kitten in our home. She has adjusted very well to having dogs around. We are a homeschool family and are at home or near home most every day. I would never have to leave your pet for any extended period of time. Not only do we have a fenced in yard, but also live walking distance to a couple of beautiful parks, beaches, and a small dog park. Please be aware that I do have small children. Ages 3, 6, 10, & 12. I will love your pet like my own! Your beloved pet will have snuggles and pets and enjoy walks outside to our local park and dog park if you approve. I live in a beautiful area and love to be outside with furry friends.

About: I have been a professional dog sitter for 6 dogs in 4 different households over the past 8 years, typically just when I happen to know someone in need of these services, including boarding a dog at my house with my parents dog for 3 weeks. I have almost always lived with dogs. I am also happy to tend cats at their houses but cannot take them home with me! I am a graduate student and I can work from home full-time, so taking care of pups is easy. I also have extended breaks (1 month from mid-december through mid-january, spring break, etc) where I can help out more especially if you are going out of town. Where I live there is an unfenced yard and lots of indoor space for them to roam around, relax, and watch the neighborhood. There is 1 mid-size dog who is super sweet and chill. In my client's home I will check around that everything is in order and will check-in with you if anything seems amiss. I'll often give the dogs a comb so their fur is nice and soft. If you want me to stay with the dogs at your home then I will make myself comfortable - though respectfully and will always set clear boundaries and use clear communication to understand what you are expecting and comfortable with. I am also quite environmental and mindful of electricity use so I will be gentle on your utilities!
