About: Lifelong dog lover with experience caring for dogs of all sizes, including large breeds. I recently lost a beloved family dog in Japan, which deepened my appreciation for the importance of compassionate, attentive care for animals. Although I do not currently have a pet of my own, I stay closely connected to animals through volunteering at the humane society, where I help care for and socialize dogs of different temperaments and needs. I am active, reliable, and very attentive to each animal’s individual personality and routine. I enjoy providing safe, loving care, regular exercise, and meaningful companionship tailored to each dog’s needs—whether that means calm indoor time, structured walks, or active outdoor time for more energetic dogs. I work mostly remotely, so I’m home the majority of the day and can provide consistent care and attention. I do have occasional appointments, but I plan my schedule to ensure pets are always checked on and cared for regularly. I’m also very active and enjoy hiking and outdoor time, so I’m happy to include pets who enjoy walks, exercise, and being out and about. I provide attentive, reliable care tailored to each pet’s needs and routine. I follow all owner instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care or medications. About: I worked as a veterinary assistant for 6 years, pet owner of cats, dogs and birds all my life. I am kind, respectful, responsible and friendly to all. I love getting to know any animal and see their different characteristics and personalities! Currently I’m focusing on my art and caring for family, so my schedule is very flexible. I am able to change my schedule according to what is needed. It is easier for me to care for pets in their own home as I have multiple pets in the household. I have lots of availability for walks, drop-ins, and spending quality time with your pets throughout the day. I live in a large home with a fenced yard for safe playtime, and my dog-loving roommates help make sure visiting pups get lots of attention. Our neighborhood is safe and great for walks, so your pet will get both exercise and plenty of company.

About: I’ve been the primary caretaker for my dog for the past 7 years, handling everything from daily walks and feedings to baths and medication. I walk him at least four times a day and try to get in a longer mile-ish walk a few times a week so he can explore at his own pace. I’ve also cared for several friends’ dogs for multi-day stays ranging from a couple of days to over a week. Between that and growing up around pets, I’m very comfortable reading a dog’s personality and routine. My wife has lived with dogs her whole life as well, so our home is very dog friendly. Dogs are welcome on the couch and our own dog sleeps in bed with us. I’ve also done a fair bit of basic training with him. I taught him “wait” (stay), helped him get comfortable with paw cleaning after walks, and even set up a little “dog nest” on the bed that he now uses as his sleeping spot. I’m attentive to routines, meds, and the little details that make pets feel comfortable. I work from home, so pet care fits very naturally into my day. I’m around most of the time and able to give dogs attention, bathroom breaks, and supervision throughout the day. Our normal routine is a morning outing, one in the afternoon, another around 5–6pm, and a final one around 9pm before bed. If a dog needs to go out sooner or starts pawing at the door, I’m always happy to take them out. I try to fit in longer walks when the weather and work schedule allow, usually in the evenings. Because I’m home during the day, pets aren’t left alone for long stretches and get plenty of interaction. I work from home and have a wrap-around fenced yard, so dogs have plenty of safe space to wander and get fresh air. I keep a close eye on them when they’re outside and follow their normal routines as closely as possible. Inside, dogs are welcome to relax and make themselves comfortable. Our home is very dog friendly, and we’re used to having pets around. If a dog needs to be crated for sleeping or while we step out briefly, we do have a crate available. I’m attentive to feeding schedules, medications, and any specific instructions from owners. I’m also happy to send photos or videos throughout the stay so you can see how your pet is doing.

About: I grew up in the foothills of San Diego where I was raised with all kinds of animals! Cats, dogs, chickens, you name it! Animals aren’t just pets to me—they are members of the family and should be treated as such. I am a student on campus one day a week, and the other days are spent doing remote field work. Because of this I have a lot of flexibility for potty breaks and giving care to your furry loved ones. Although this is a New York City apartment, it is quite large withs a lot of open space during the colder months when long walks become a little shorter. There is a lot of room for playing fetch and such. I live on the first floor of a building which makes trips outside very easy and convenient, which is good for dogs of all ages. Additionally, there are three doors between the apartment and the street, which is helpful for the escape artist-type!

About: After the death of our beloved dog, our family decided to take a break from dog ownership to heal and rest a bit. I have had dogs (usually more than 1 at a time) my whole life! Pet sitting is my way of loving on dogs during this busy stage of life when I cannot have my own. I would love to shower your dog with lots of love and attention! We do have a kitten in our home. She has adjusted very well to having dogs around. We are a homeschool family and are at home or near home most every day. I would never have to leave your pet for any extended period of time. Not only do we have a fenced in yard, but also live walking distance to a couple of beautiful parks, beaches, and a small dog park. Please be aware that I do have small children. Ages 3, 6, 10, & 12. I will love your pet like my own! Your beloved pet will have snuggles and pets and enjoy walks outside to our local park and dog park if you approve.
