“We are really grateful that Jamie took very good care of our 3 babies while we were on vacation. She made our cats feel comfortable and even our shy one came to great her on day one. Jamie really knows how to take care of cats. I highly recommend her if anyone is looking for a great cat sitter that can be trusted. I will definitely ask her help again on our next vacation✨”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember, with experience ranging from energetic puppies to senior adult dogs. I genuinely love dogs and all animals, and I understand how important it is to know your pet is in caring, reliable hands. Whether you’re heading on vacation, out for dinner, enjoying a date night, or simply need an extra hand, I’d love to provide your furry family member with the attention, care, and love they deserve. I work from home on Fridays and don’t work on weekends. I’m hardly away from my apartment aside from going to the gym which is right across the street from where I live, giving me quick and easy access to my apartment at any time. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I strive to keep their routine as consistent as possible by following your feeding schedule, exercise routine, potty breaks, medication schedule, and any other care instructions you provide. I’m comfortable administering oral medications and will make sure your pet receives the care they need. I only accept one family’s pets at a time, so your furry friend will receive my full attention and won’t have the added stress of being around unfamiliar animals. I maintain a clean, smoke free, and alcohol free environment, and my home is equipped with air conditioning to keep pets comfortable. I enjoy staying active and love taking dogs on walks, playtime adventures, or simply spending quality time with them based on their energy level and needs. Whether your pet prefers a crate, their own dog bed, or is used to sleeping in bed with someone, I’m happy to accommodate whatever helps them feel most at home. I work from home on Fridays and am home throughout the weekends, allowing me to spend plenty of quality time with your pet. Throughout every stay, I’ll provide regular photo and video updates so you can relax and enjoy your vacation, date night, or time away with peace of mind, knowing your furry family member is safe, loved, and well cared for.

“Ryan is fantastic! I frequently have last minute work trips and he’s been extremely accommodating of my short notice petsitting requests. He’s great with my cats and I don’t go to anyone else!”

“Amalia continues to be the best dog sitter in Aspen for our fur babies. She is always quick to respond to our care requests and stays in great communication throughout the visits too. We are so grateful to have Amalia’s help.”

“Lyndi dropped in for 4 days to care for our two cats including a very old cat who needs a daily pill. Lyndi was very pleasant to work with and communicative, and was able to accommodate some adjustments we asked for as plans changed a little bit ahead of the trip. She did a great job, giving the cats lots of attention and timely feeding and medication. They were very happy! I would definitely hire her again.”

“Mahalo nui loa to Janey and her kokua on our popokis and Jerry the honu. She was very kind and attentive, she gave us pictures videos and updates daily . She left the hale looking better than we left it . Overall we were so pleased that Janey was our sitter .”

“Sydney is the best! Out schedule was a little chaotic this week, but she was able to accommodate all of our requests. She is easy to communicate with, and Ollie loves her!!!”

“Claudia took really good care of my babies (2 cats) for a week. She took the time to meet them and make sure she understood their routine. She’s clearly a cat lover, took tons of pics to send to me every day, let me know how they were doing and I could feel comfortable knowing they were being loved on. I would totally request her cat sitting again!”

“Sarai provided great report cards at every drop in visit - often with fun details about who our dog met while out on the walk (both human and canine). She was able to manage eye drops, special hygiene needs, and cater to our dog’s vision and hearing impairments. We would recommend Sarai and hope to rebook with her in the future.”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Honolulu
I cannot thank Jamie enough for taking care of my baby, Rhombus, while I was on a long trip. My friends have always come to check on her and say they never see her but Jamie got Rhombus to warm up to her on day 1! I’m super impressed and will definitely book her again!

Gretchen took excellent care of our two cats and our house while we were away. She came on the agreed schedule (which worked well for them) and sent pictures, and took time to get to know the kitties first at our meet and greet. We would definitely use Gretchen again!

Nea made everything about going away and leaving my kitties ao much easier for me. She was attentive and responsive daily which really put my mind at ease and allowed me to enjoy time away without worry. I got daily updates and photos and I looked forward to that every day. I've booked Nea multiple times already and would not hesitate to recommend her. She is exactly what you want in a pet sitter.

I highly recommend booking Janey. She is incredible! She loves animals and will make sure your pet is well cared for. Thank you so much for taking care of my cats, Canelo and Lio (even though they were up to no good some days lol). You will definitely be my first choice if I need to find a sitter through Rover again. You made my vacation stress-free, knowing that they were being taken care of.

Liana and Wilbur are so amazing! Our cats can be very weary of new folks, yet they were able to make them feel comfortable in such a short time! They make a great effort every visit to make sure the cats get played with, fed, water, litter, and are completely taken care of and loved!

Maya did an outstanding job watching my oftentimes temperamental orange cat. She arrived at the agreed upon times, kept me updated via the Rover Cards, and even got Marmalade to drink his water from the faucet. When I returned my place was neat and tidy as well.

Victoria was a great sitter for my 2 cats! She was quick to respond and very accommodating even with a short-notice request. My female cat is very shy around strangers, but I could see from the photos that Victoria took that my girl became comfortable with her rather quickly. I am satisfied with the care that she gave them as they were in good spirits when I came back home. 😊

He is absolutely awesome! This was my first time hiring a pet sitter while I was away, and he went above and beyond from the very beginning. He stopped by the day before my trip so we could go over everything in person, which immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured. During my trip, he kept me updated with photos and detailed messages, which I truly appreciated. He even took the initiative to replace the battery in my smoke detector when it started making a loud noise and caused my cats to hide under the bed ... That level of care really meant a lot to me. My cats were clearly very comfortable with him and seemed happy and relaxed the entire time. If I ever need a pet sitter again, I will definitely be asking him for help. Highly recommend!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
