About: I got my first dog when I was 4 and started dog sitting for neighbors when I was 8. I worked with a group when I lived in Kansas City that did short term in-home dog fostering for 1 day to two weeks. My puppy experience comes from a few of my friends having puppies, but adult dogs are my favorite. I work full time from home, and can schedule walks in between meetings during the day. If the dog(s) are up for it I would love to take them hiking, SUPing, kayaking, to the beach, and to hang out with my friend's dogs. I prefer to keep the dog on a similar schedule to what they are used to and not overwhelm them with new experiences while their owners are gone. About: I am a responsible 63-year-old professional. I have decades of experience with my own pets, have provided pet care for my friends over the years, and now have done the same for my new Rover friends on numerous occasions. As a senior software architect I work from home full-time, so I have complete flexibility to follow *your* preferred schedule in caring for your pet(s). About: Recently last year I’ve started to personally pet sit family and friends only pets, mostly dogs, cats and small animals such as bunnies.
