About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my entire life and am comfortable caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I have experience with everything from energetic pets who need a good walk to seniors who need a little extra patience and care. I also have plenty of experience with large breeds—I trained and raised our 120-pound Bloodhound, who was part of our family for 12 years, so big dogs definitely don’t intimidate me! I’m comfortable with basic training reinforcement, different temperaments, and adapting to each pet’s individual routine. I currently offer drop-in visits and dog walking, so your pets can stay comfortable in their own home and familiar surroundings while getting plenty of attention, exercise, and care. As a stay-at-home mom, I have a flexible schedule and am primarily available for drop-in visits and walks during school hours. My availability varies slightly from week to week, but I’m usually able to accommodate a few appointments throughout the week and have some limited evening availability as well. I keep my Rover schedule updated and am happy to work with you to find times that fit both your pet’s routine and my availability. I’ll care for your pets in their own home with the same respect and attention I’d expect for my own. I’m careful to follow your instructions and your pet’s normal routine, including feeding, walks, medications, litter care, and any house rules. I’ll respect your home and privacy, make sure doors and gates are secure, and keep you updated so you can feel confident that both your pets and your home are being well cared for.

I love animals and am even a wildlife photographer. I have personal experience service training dogs for psychiatric service, as well. I am able to ensure not only premium, safe, and reliable love and care for your animals, but also your plants and the general welfare of your home while you’re away. If your animal has special needs or training curriculums, I am able to meet them, so your time away doesn’t become time off from necessary routines or specialized care. I work part time in the evenings and am a member of a canoe paddling team that practices three to four times per week, so my schedule is flexible with plenty of time for your pets! Being a dog-owner myself, maintaining routines and going the extra mile for play and exercise is important to me. I am currently self-training my rescue for psychiatric service, so I am very comfortable working with dogs from a variety of backgrounds with different levels of confidence and social comfort. I have also cared for cats and am comfortable with their often varying levels of social needs, as well as their basic care. I will never use negative reinforcement with your animal, ensuring a gentle, fun, and trustworthy experience for your pet. About: Aloha! My name’s Mackenzie and I genuinely love animals. I worked at a humane society in California where I grew up, and I’ve cared for many dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. I’ve lived on Oʻahu for the past three years, and I have two cats of my own. I also grew up around dogs, cats, and other animals, so being around pets has always been a huge part of my life. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, medications, supplements, walks, playtime, and more complicated care schedules. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets, and I treat every animal with patience, love, and attention like they’re my own 🐾 I work in Waikīkī, so I’m available for drop-in visits before and after work and on my days off. For boarding, I’m typically away for about 6 hours during my shift. Your pet will get plenty of attention, exercise, and care before I leave and as soon as I get home. I’m happy to be flexible with drop-off and pick-up times whenever possible. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about my schedule! I follow feeding schedules, walks, medications, litter box cleaning, and any instructions carefully. I’m also very communicative and like to ask questions and be thorough so I fully understand your pet’s routine, personality, and needs. I know how important trust is when someone is caring for your pets and in your home, so I always try to be reliable, respectful, and communicative. I currently only offer boarding for cats. Visiting cats stay in their own private room, completely separate from my two resident cats, to help everyone feel safe and comfortable. For longer stays, if both cats seem interested and ONLY if the owner is comfortable with it, I may allow short, supervised play sessions to help with enrichment and socialization.

About: I have over five years of experience providing in-home dog sitting and pet care. I’ve cared for dogs of all different breeds, personalities, and sizes, from Chihuahuas to Great Danes! About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was a teen. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing my own dog grow from a puppy to senior. I have experience with adapting to each dog’s individual needs and with caring for senior pets. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me with dog-sitting and walking. About: I have always loved animals and grew up with sisters who train police dogs, service dogs, big and small dogs as well as my own dog. I love dogs and have been with them since I was a kid. I’m a student that doesn’t work during the week so I have a lot of free time that i’d love to spend with your pup! I’ll take them on frequent walks and give them the loving they need:) I’m very careful with all animals as they can’t communicate their feelings to us. I’ll make sure they are fed, walked, and feeling that they trust me.
