Aside from having pets of my own, at my previous job, I was a Kennel Assistant at a pet hospital. I have walked numerous dogs, am familiar with cat care, and exotic care as well. I was trained to handle caution animals including those receiving treatment. Prior to that, I volunteered as a dog walker at the humane society for a year and took some animal physiology courses in college.

I treat animals as if they were my own. I understand that what works for some animals might not work for the next, so I pay close attention to the animals’ body language cues and notes that an owner may include.

Tamah went above and beyond for our cats. One of our pets was put on emergency antibiotics days before our trip was scheduled. Tamah did an amazing job making sure she was given her medicine daily and sent us lots of updates. I would absolutely have her back! 10/10!
Tamah was an amazing dog walker for Koa. He’s a big dog, and a lot of people are intimidated by his size at first, but Tamah handled him with so much confidence, patience, and care. She really took the time to understand him and made him feel comfortable and safe. Koa can be a little nervous in new situations, but she worked with him so well and built trust quickly. It meant a lot to us knowing he was in good hands with someone who wasn’t afraid and truly cared about him. She was always reliable, communicative, and kept us updated, which gave us so much peace of mind. It’s clear she genuinely loves what she does. We’re so grateful for the care she gave Koa and would absolutely recommend her to anyone—especially those with larger dogs. Thank you again, Tamah!
Highly recommend Tamah dog-watching services! Her experience as a vet assistant really shows — she’s knowledgeable, patient, and knows exactly how to care for animals. After getting to know her a bit I found out she also has her own dog and rabbit! so caring for pets is literally part of her everyday life. My pup was safe, happy, and loved the whole time. If you want someone responsible, attentive, and genuinely passionate about animals, she’s the one!

Zeitplan
I work full time M-F in town, so that definitely affects my availability. I’m doing Rover services to help me pay for my lunches and groceries throughout the workweek!
