We had such a wonderful experience with Shalyn! She took amazing care of our two dogs and our cat while we were traveling off island, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. One of our dogs is very anxious around new people and can sometimes be reactive toward both people and other dogs, so we were a little nervous about leaving him. From the initial meet and greet, though, Shalyn was patient, calm, and wonderful with him. He warmed up to her right away, which is incredibly rare and gave us so much peace of mind. Throughout our trip, Shalyn was incredibly communicative and sent us lots of photos and videos, which we always looked forward to. It was obvious from all the updates how comfortable our pets were with her. Seeing how much the dogs played with her, sought her out, and interacted with her made it clear they genuinely enjoyed having her there. We came home to happy, well-cared-for pets, and we’re so grateful for the excellent care she provided. We look forward to booking Shalyn again for future sittings and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and communicative pet sitter!

This was my first experience using Rover and Shalyn made the process so easy. Communication was excellent and she took good care of my two anxiety riddled dogs, by the end even the one that doesn’t like strangers was asking for pets from her. I would 100% book with her again.
Our dog is “special” and requires a muzzle when outside (she eats rocks!). No problem using a muzzle or being extra kind to our little gal! Thank you!!
Shall was great! She sent us photos and videos of the dogs throughout our trip!!

Schedule
I work part- time. And with the extra time on my hands I want to be able to work with more cats and dogs. I do have experience working with a variety of animals, which I am super blessed to be able to do so. Unfortunately, I do not have Military or Base access.
