“We are incredibly happy our furbaby was able to attend daycare with Tracey and Mama! They were soul loving and kept the communication lines wide open. We received many photos throughout the day, which we appreciated as we were nervous first time parents, leaving our furbaby with anyone besides immediate family. We’re beyond appreciative with the care and love he was provided and would gladly use Tracey and Mama again! ???”

About: Our oldest dog is 5 years old, being an intelligent, high energy breed she’s taught me everything I know! I wanted to start dog sitting specifically for military families, so you can be confident your pets are in good hands for an affordable price when you need to leave the island or are working long hours! MUST have access onto Hickam military base I’m a stay at home mom so I’m always home! I have plenty of time and space to give your pets the attention they need I keep my dogs on a strict feeding/potty schedule and pay attention to their cues, I can provide the same level of care and attention to detail for your pets! I have a fenced in yard and the AC is always on!
About: With a background from veterinary tech school and extensive on-the-job training, I bring a unique blend of skills that set me apart from other pet sitters. My experience includes grooming, ensuring your pet looks and feels their best, as well as teaching basic commands to promote good behavior. Additionally, I'm skilled in administering medications and fluids as prescribed by your veterinarian, providing peace of mind that your pet is in capable hands during their stay. Your furry family member will receive not just care, but expertise tailored to their specific needs. Pet care isn’t just a job for me—it’s my lifestyle and my career path. While I am currently a Vet Tech student, I’m not your typical college-aged sitter. I bring a high level of maturity and a lifetime of hands-on experience, from growing up on a farm to spending 3 years working in a clinical veterinary setting. Because I study from home, my schedule is incredibly flexible. This allows me to provide consistent potty breaks, structured play, and the specialized attention pets need—especially those who might require a bit more 'pro' care like senior animals or those needing medication. My days are centered around the well-being of the animals in my care, ensuring they stay on their familiar feeding and exercise tracks while you’re away! In my home, your pets will enjoy a safe and loving environment. With a fenced backyard for playtime and my friendly Goldendoodle to keep them company, they'll feel right at home. My Goldendoodle also gets along well with cats, ensuring a harmonious atmosphere. If needed, I can easily crate your dog for their comfort and safety, while also giving breaks and free time throughout the day.

However, I can accommodate specific requests, such as keeping your pet downstairs, crating at night, or allowing it to roam and sleep on its bed.
“I highly recommend Catalina if you need someone to take care of your pet. She is dedicated, compassionate, and understanding towards animals. If you want someone who will treat your pet with love, then Catalina on Rover.com is the right person for you. I recently booked Catalina for doggy day care on Rover.com when I was in town. Even though I arranged it at the last minute, Catalina was a lifesaver for my 12-year-old Miniature American Eskimo, Nimbus, who has slight separation anxiety. Catalina was very friendly and welcoming from the beginning, which helped me and Nimbus feel at ease. Even though I forgot to bring Nimbus's toys, Catalina took care of her well during the seven hours she was with her. Catalina went above and beyond to make sure Nimbus was comfortable. Nimbus was given specific treats that I provided, brushed, and walked. It was clear that Catalina cared for Nimbus and was aware of her anxiety. Catalina was also mindful of Nimbus's behavior. Nimbus is not good with other dogs and has a tendency to chase cats. Catalina kept Nimbus in a safe and comfortable environment and made sure she was away from anything that could distress her. This shows how much Catalina tailors her care to each pet's specific needs. Catalina's ability to adapt to Nimbus's specific needs proves why I highly recommend her services on Rover.com.”

“It was a pleasure to have our whippet puppy Fern cared for by Cassidy and Cody while on vacation in Cape May. Cassidy and Cody were so laid back, relaxed and flexible when it came times and days we needed care for Fern. Fern was nervous at first meeting and staying with new friends Gus, (their dog) and their 2 children, but she was wagging her tail and so excited to go back to their house the following day! Fern got extra walks, and even went to the beach with them! We felt very comfortable leaving our baby In their care! I also appreciated getting text and picture updates of how Fern was doing throughout the day. I would definitely reach out to Cody and Cassidy again for dog sitting when we are in the area.”

“Sierra & her family were such an awesome treat for my little doggy Truffles. Great communication, great care, and lots of good energy for the furry friends. Sierra took wonderful care, and I had no issues with her. Definitely recommend.”

“Rain's great. Constant timely communication, and lots of pictures of my pup playing around. Lots of great, loving care from her, and Truffles definitely enjoyed his stay. Definitely recommend her! Thank you for taking care of Truffles over the week.”

“Keyshla has gone above and beyond for our fur babies! We are very thankful for the care she provides and we know our dogs are always safe when we drop them off to her. Thank you so much Keyshla!”

About: A retired marine biologist. I have had dogs my entire life. Raised puppies and watched them grow old. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and energy levels. Retired. I’m available most days if you need your pets to be simply fed, let out to pee, or to be entertained. While I take same day requests, there are no guarantees because I have several regularly scheduled walks and drop ins. Please reply promptly, I archive when no response in 24 hours. I have a fenced yard and a young corgi who has full run of the house. He can be shy to other dogs. If your dog has any aggressive tendencies or Keahi does not get along with them for whatever reason, we cannot board your dog. Meet and greets are mandatory before any boarding or daycare. Dogs must be house trained for boarding or daycare (paper trained is not house trained). I have no kids on property.

I’ll provide pet care that ensures your fur baby feels safe, comfortable happy and loved while you’re away! Trust my husband and I to treat your pet like our own fur babies! I’ve administered medicine to both cats and dogs (just would like to be known prior about medication and schedule). We have raised all 3 of our fur babies from 8 weeks of age to their current age! We are great with puppies and kittens as well as seniors too! I’m now a stay at home mom, so my routine with fur babies is typically the same as when I was working, just more play time and snuggle time, which I think your pet will enjoy too! We have a fenced in yard for your dogs! We can also take your pup on walks if you’re okay with it! Your dog will feel right at home in our home as we may enjoy some cuddle time with them and watch tv and play with toys inside too! If your pet is crated please let us know!

Halawa dog parents share their Rover experiences
Nichole was phenomenal and treated our fur babies with love and care that was above and beyond! She made us feel at ease knowing our kiddos were taken care of while we were at work, and the updates and photos really made our lives stress-free. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter. Thank you so much Nichole!

Rosie has been going to daycare once a week w Kaylee for the last 6 months. My awkward dog has grown more and more outgoing And playful with the other daycare dogs and gets so excited in the morning at the word "daycare". Kaylee's very good at slowly introducing dogs of different personalities and I've always felt so safe and happy dropping off my "baby".

I am new to Rover and am so thankful for the wonderful experience my dog Nyxin and I had with Allie and her family. Allie exudes a kind, calm and caring energy and she was very patient and loving to Nyxin, my rescue dog, who is trepidatious with new people and experiences. She sent me detailed updates and photos and was very responsive and communicative. Nyxin thoroughly enjoyed his doggy daycare day and I will definitely book longer stays with Allie and her family! Thank you!
