About: A retired marine biologist. I have had dogs my entire life. Raised puppies and watched them grow old. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and energy levels. Retired. I’m available most days if you need your pets to be simply fed, let out to pee, or to be entertained. While I take same day requests, there are no guarantees because I have several regularly scheduled walks and drop ins. Please reply promptly, I archive when no response in 24 hours. I have a fenced yard and a young corgi who has full run of the house. He can be shy to other dogs. If your dog has any aggressive tendencies or Keahi does not get along with them for whatever reason, we cannot board your dog. Meet and greets are mandatory before any boarding or daycare. Dogs must be house trained for boarding or daycare (paper trained is not house trained). I cannot and will not leave food out. If your dog has issues eating when they are fed (I feed them when I feed my dog), I have to take your dog’s food away and store it. This is a house, not a kennel where your dog has an assigned lot. If your dog has these feeding issues, consider another sitter. Same goes for finicky or difficult medical application. I have no kids on property.

About: I’ve been around dogs for most of my life. My family dog, Buddy, is 12 years old, and we’ve had him since I was in 7th grade. Even after moving out, I still help care for him by taking him on his midday walks and spending time with him whenever I can. I know how much pets mean to their families, and I also understand that inviting someone into your home and trusting them with your pet isn’t always easy. If I were hiring someone to care for Buddy, I’d want someone who is dependable, respectful, and keeps me updated every step of the way—and that’s exactly the kind of sitter I strive to be. I’m very communicative, flexible, and reliable. I’ll always follow your instructions, respect your home, and send plenty of updates and photos so you know your pet is safe and having a great time. My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable and confident while you’re away. I have a very flexible schedule, so I’m available throughout the week for dog walks, drop-in visits, and pet care. Since I’m home most days, I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve. I’m happy to work with your schedule whenever possible, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. While I’m not able to board pets in my own home, I’m happy to care for them in the comfort of their own home where they’re most relaxed. I’ll follow your pet’s routine, make sure they have fresh food and water, plenty of playtime, walks, and lots of love and attention. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel confident that your pet is in good hands.

I care for their health and needs, possibly more than my own, and I will put in the same care and care into your fur babies! Connecting with each animal and earning their trust is my protocol first and foremost. I have a lot of experience caring for a wide range of pets, from energetic puppies to gentle seniors, and can provide personalized care while carefully following any instructions given. My schedule is very flexible as I work part-time remotely at the moment and I am also available on the weekends for any Rover bookings. At this time I do not offer pet sitting in my home but when in my client's home, my priority is providing a calm and safe space for the pets. I will follow all instructions given as well as any specific care instructions for those with special needs. My goal is to mimic the pet's normal routine as much as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I focus on building trust by respecting each pet’s comfort level and offering gentle, positive interactions while staying attentive to their needs. I also take safety seriously by securing doors and gates and closely supervising outdoor activities. My goal is to ensure every pet feels comfortable, secure, and well cared for just as they would at home with you!

About: I have always had a love for animals! I work with animals daily. I have owned 2 of my own dogs now and I grew up with a family dog. I currently work Monday-Thursday. I am available to walk your pets or do drop ins before and after work. Friday-Sunday I have all availability anytime to walk or do drop ins. I will make sure your pets get the attention and exercise needed for them to be happy! I have a fenced in yard and a friendly dog and cat, who will enjoy keeping your pet company.
