Before our trip, she took the time to meet with us and show us where our puppy would be staying in her home, which made us feel so much more comfortable and confident. “Just 4 days before this last stay with Joel, our dog had gotten severely attacked & bitten by another dog, at a local park. Bozzer (our puppy), was still in the early stages of healing. Joel was so kind to still take our dog, knowing he had to care for him a lot more than usual. Joel was AWESOME! He knew exactly what to do & reached out to us only when needed. Giselle provided exceptional care for our Kobe, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we met her during the meet-and-greet, we felt completely comfortable leaving Kobe in her care. Her home was extremely clean, safe, and welcoming, and Kobe immediately felt at home—he was exploring the house almost as soon as we walked through the door. We actually decided to book with Giselle right after meeting her. Throughout Kobe’s stay, Giselle followed all of our care instructions exactly as requested. She also went above and beyond with communication, sending us detailed updates with pictures and videos at least twice a day. Every photo and video showed Kobe looking happy, comfortable, clean, and well-groomed. Knowing he was so well cared for gave us tremendous peace of mind and let us truly enjoy our vacation without worrying about him. We genuinely appreciate the time, attention, and care Giselle gave our little Kobe. She treated him like he was part of her family, and that meant a lot to us. We will absolutely re-book with Giselle in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, dependable, and trustworthy sitter!
Andrea took such good care of our dogs! One had an unexpected medical emergency the day we left and she handled additional medication on short notice with ease. She was communicative and sent us plenty of updates throughout the week and change our dogs were with her. We are so grateful to have left our pups in such caring hands!
Lily and her golden retrievers Ranger and Riley are the best hosts. We were anxious to leave our Luna with anyone as we’ve never been apart for more than a few hours. I would highly recommend Nicole!! She’s a proud dog lover and will go the extra mile to make sure your dog is comfortable and happy while in her care. She had no problems will administering multiple daily oral medications for my dog and I’m so thankful for that. The daily updates and pictures definitely gave my husband and I peace of mind that he was doing well and having fun! I will definitely be rebooking with her in the future!
My husband and I went on a two-week trip. We were so lucky to find Tracey and her family to help us to take care of my dog Shadow. They were quick to respond to texts, if I had any questions or concerns. They were very professional and accommodating. They genuinely love and care about all the dogs and their well being, their home is so neat, tidy and clean! They have so many toys, more than enough for my dog and other dogs to play with. I also like how Shadow was able to hang out and socialize with other dogs. My dog came home all happy and content. I know Shadow had a great time and enjoyed staying at Tracey’s house! I also received many pictures of my dog daily during my trip! I really appreciate the pictures. It was wonderful to see Shadow having a great time with other pups while I was away. Emma is awesome!! While on our trip we were so comfortable and at ease knowing our dog Saydee was well taken care of. Emma gave Saydee her daily required meds and sent us updated pictures and videos and we could tell Saydee was content and relaxed.
