I cared for a Husky-German Shepherd mix who was initially afraid of me, but with time, patience, and consistency, he learned to trust me and became excited to see me. This was my fifth time using Tracey and her mom on Rover. I knew that my dog was in very good hands and my mind would be at ease. Communication was fantastic! I received daily texts with pictures and updates throughout my trip. My dog was allowed access around the home. She really enjoyed herself while being there. I highly recommend Tracey if you need someone to watch your dog while you’re away. Tracey and her mom will always be my only dogsitters on Rover, and I will definitely be booking with them again.
Daylin was fantastic! She is always on time, communicates well, and sent me daily updates with photos of my dog, which I really appreciated. My flight was delayed, so I had to pick up my dog two hours later than planned, and Daylin was very accommodating with the change in schedule. Nothing but good things to say about Nicole and her week of taking care of our dogs. She sent pictures regularly with updates and went above and beyond to make sure the pups were happy and comfortable. In the past our dogs have at least a few days of being shy and not eating well and generally being sad. But by the end of day one with Nicole and her family she was sending pics of them both having a good time and eating and being happy. Would strongly recommend to anyone needing a good place for their dogs to stay. I would not hesitate to send dogs back to her.
Absolutely amazing rover experience. Megan and her family took such great care of our dog and treated her as one of their one. Megan was very communicative before and during the booking. Giselle provided exceptional care for our Kobe, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we met her during the meet-and-greet, we felt completely comfortable leaving Kobe in her care. Her home was extremely clean, safe, and welcoming, and Kobe immediately felt at home—he was exploring the house almost as soon as we walked through the door. We actually decided to book with Giselle right after meeting her. Throughout Kobe’s stay, Giselle followed all of our care instructions exactly as requested. She also went above and beyond with communication, sending us detailed updates with pictures and videos at least twice a day. Every photo and video showed Kobe looking happy, comfortable, clean, and well-groomed. Knowing he was so well cared for gave us tremendous peace of mind and let us truly enjoy our vacation without worrying about him. We genuinely appreciate the time, attention, and care Giselle gave our little Kobe. She treated him like he was part of her family, and that meant a lot to us. Andrea took such good care of our dogs! One had an unexpected medical emergency the day we left and she handled additional medication on short notice with ease. She was communicative and sent us plenty of updates throughout the week and change our dogs were with her. We are so grateful to have left our pups in such caring hands!
