Absolutely amazing rover experience. Megan and her family took such great care of our dog and treated her as one of their one. Megan was very communicative before and during the booking. She sent us photos and updates throughout our trip. We are so happy that we already have another booking scheduled with Megan and would recommend her to everyone.
My husband and I went on a two-week trip. We were so lucky to find Tracey and her family to help us to take care of my dog Shadow. They were quick to respond to texts, if I had any questions or concerns. They were very professional and accommodating. They genuinely love and care about all the dogs and their well being, their home is so neat, tidy and clean! They have so many toys, more than enough for my dog and other dogs to play with. I also like how Shadow was able to hang out and socialize with other dogs. My dog came home all happy and content. I know Shadow had a great time and enjoyed staying at Tracey’s house! I also received many pictures of my dog daily during my trip! I really appreciate the pictures. It was wonderful to see Shadow having a great time with other pups while I was away. Emma is awesome!! While on our trip we were so comfortable and at ease knowing our dog Saydee was well taken care of. Emma gave Saydee her daily required meds and sent us updated pictures and videos and we could tell Saydee was content and relaxed. We reached out to Eilymar on short notice for a weekend getaway, and she graciously agreed to set up a meet-and-greet that afternoon. The moment we met her and her dog, I knew our dog was in good hands. Eilymar was warm and unfazed by my anxious pup’s initial barking. Her dog was equally patient and calm. Throughout the stay, she kept us updated on how he was doing and promptly answered all my questions. Eilymar went above and beyond in taking care of my pup when he had an accident and got himself messy. Even though I felt bad that she had to deal with that, I was so thankful she kept him clean and comfortable. I highly recommend her!
Katarina and Daniel did such a great job during our first overnight visit. They are so caring and sweet!!! Thumper had a great time with Ganja and enjoyed the scratches and snuggles. I was updated frequently and got lots of pictures about how he was doing and questions to confirm things that I may have missed. I can't wait to see them again for Thumper's next visit so he can be with his new friends.If you need someone not too far from the airport or centrally located on island, they are a great couple and sweet doggo to connect to your dog! Jonathan did a great job taking care of my two dogs while I took a short trip away. He was very responsive and sent photos during their stay. Steve took fantastic care of my chocolate lab for over a year! He went above and beyond to make sure my boy was always comfortable and got the care he needed. He also sent plenty of picture and video updates so I’d always know that he was having a good time and well cared for. I knew it was a good sign when my dog would always be so excited to see Steve. My dog is 96 lbs and still has a lot of puppy energy but it seems Steve was more than apt to handle it. He was always our trusted go-to sitter and also our weekly dog walker!
