Before our trip, she took the time to meet with us and show us where our puppy would be staying in her home, which made us feel so much more comfortable and confident. While we were away for nearly two weeks, Samantha kept us updated with frequent messages and adorable photos. What impressed us even more was that she actually helped reinforce our puppy's potty training during our time away. She sent plenty of pictures and videos to keep us fully engaged while we were away. She even assisted in finding out what was upsetting my dog’s stomach and was able to figure out that he can’t have beef (I know, the weirdest thing with a dog lol) She tried him out on the dog food she had there and his body reacted very well to it. The moment we met her and her dog, I knew our dog was in good hands. Eilymar was warm and unfazed by my anxious pup’s initial barking. Her dog was equally patient and calm. Throughout the stay, she kept us updated on how he was doing and promptly answered all my questions. Eilymar went above and beyond in taking care of my pup when he had an accident and got himself messy. Even though I felt bad that she had to deal with that, I was so thankful she kept him clean and comfortable. I highly recommend her!
We had such a great experience! Robert watched our 6 year old dog for 11 days and was amazing from start to finish. Before the stay, he took the time to meet us at a dog park and then again at his home, which made us feel really comfortable leaving our dog with him. He was incredibly kind, professional, and communicative the entire time. He gave our dog his medications as needed and sent us pictures and updates every single day, which we really appreciated while we were away. Our dog can get anxious, and during the stay he unfortunately had an incident where he bit another dog which has never happened. Robert handled a really stressful situation extremely well. He was calm, responsible, honest, and communicated with us immediately about what happened. We were especially grateful for how understanding and professional he was throughout everything. He genuinely cares about the dogs he watches. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for dog, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, patient, and caring!
Becky is a very nice lady and has s lovely family. My dogs seem to have had fun with her. She sent photos while I was away for a short trip. I like that she does a meet and greet at her home instead of a dog park. I feel more welcome and comfortable. Thank you Becky for caring for Raijin & Kuma. We will definitely use her again.
Jonathan did a great job taking care of my two dogs while I took a short trip away. He was very responsive and sent photos during their stay. Jonathan had a dog of his own, which my dogs and his dogs became friends in a very short time. I would highly recommend Jonathan for your next dog vacay and I will use him on future trips.
Steve took fantastic care of my chocolate lab for over a year! He went above and beyond to make sure my boy was always comfortable and got the care he needed. He also sent plenty of picture and video updates so I’d always know that he was having a good time and well cared for. I knew it was a good sign when my dog would always be so excited to see Steve. My dog is 96 lbs and still has a lot of puppy energy but it seems Steve was more than apt to handle it. He was always our trusted go-to sitter and also our weekly dog walker! Steve walked ‘Umi every weekday during lunch, assuring he got the exercise and attention he needed when I was at work. Mahalo, Steve!
