I work about 45 minutes away from their house so he would have been alone for 12 hours as his doggie daycare was full. Kara was extremely responsive and helped guide me through the process of how to use rover (as it was my first time). All responses were probably within 15 minutes of my messages so I felt good about the booking. She stopped by twice during the day to let him out into the yard for some potty and play and from the many photos that she sent he seemed to absolutely love having her there with him! She followed all of my instructions perfectly and had no problem figuring out what to do while I was at work which helped take some of the stress off of me. My only complaint is that she doesn’t live closer to my own house so that I could book her as an ongoing client because it worked out so well! About: My main goal is to make sure every dog in my care feels happy and safe. I treat them like part of the family and do my best to make them feel comfortable and at home. I do Rover full-time, so your dog(s) will always have company. I keep it to just two dogs at a time so they get plenty of attention. About: A retired marine biologist. I have had dogs my entire life. Raised puppies and watched them grow old. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and energy levels. Retired. I’m available most days if you need your pets to be simply fed, let out to pee, or to be entertained. While I take same day requests, there are no guarantees because I have several regularly scheduled walks and drop ins. Please reply promptly, I archive when no response in 24 hours. I have a fenced yard and a young corgi who has full run of the house. He can be shy to other dogs. If your dog has any aggressive tendencies or Keahi does not get along with them for whatever reason, we cannot board your dog. Meet and greets are mandatory before any boarding or daycare. Dogs must be house trained for boarding or daycare (paper trained is not house trained). I cannot and will not leave food out. If your dog has issues eating when they are fed (I feed them when I feed my dog), I have to take your dog’s food away and store it. This is a house, not a kennel where your dog has an assigned lot. If your dog has these feeding issues, consider another sitter. Same goes for finicky or difficult medical application. I have no kids on property.

Hailey and Benjamin made everything easy from the first meet and great, slowly introducing their dogs one at a time and then letting them all roam around their yard, to the first drop off. About: Hi! I have had an animal in my house all my life! I am more familiar with dogs, ranging from chihuahuas to cane corsos, but I love cats as well and I am able to accommodate to all their needs!! I am currently a stay at home wife! I go on walks with my dog every day and just thought I’d try to make a little extra money and keep me busy!! I have a fenced in yard with plenty of running around room! I also have a precious girl of my own that can keep your fur babies occupied!!
About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life and they are truly my passion. I care for their health and needs, possibly more than my own, and I will put in the same care and care into your fur babies! Connecting with each animal and earning their trust is my protocol first and foremost. I have a lot of experience caring for a wide range of pets, from energetic puppies to gentle seniors, and can provide personalized care while carefully following any instructions given. If you book with me I promise to earn you and your precious fur baby's trust! My schedule is very flexible as I work part-time remotely at the moment and I am also available on the weekends for any Rover bookings. At this time I do not offer pet sitting in my home but when in my client's home, my priority is providing a calm and safe space for the pets. I will follow all instructions given as well as any specific care instructions for those with special needs. My goal is to mimic the pet's normal routine as much as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I focus on building trust by respecting each pet’s comfort level and offering gentle, positive interactions while staying attentive to their needs. I also take safety seriously by securing doors and gates and closely supervising outdoor activities. My goal is to ensure every pet feels comfortable, secure, and well cared for just as they would at home with you!
