“Let me first preface with there's not enough good things to say about our experience with Ashley! She deserves more than 5 Stars! Suffice to say, we have found a permanent boarder for our Husky, Hana! Quick, efficient and detailed updates and correspondence with plenty of photos. Our puppy Hana, is a delicate flower, very timid and practically scared of her own shadow when around strangers or in public, but it was in her stars to have someone like Ashley whom gave her the compassionate, loving care she needs. It's obvious the experience was exceptionally good for her, as she has matured so fast in just 2 weeks of boarding. We have to be thankful as well of Ashley's fur-baby Apollo, as having a grown husky to show our pup the ropes has helped her come out of her shell further. Ashley then went a step further with follow up correspondence to ensure Hana had a nice transition back home. We're so thankful, Mahalo nui loa!”
“I had a last minute work trip come up, and was very anxious to leave my high-energy puppy home with my mom, who is disabled. I am so grateful to have found Aga— she was very accommodating and made me feel at ease leaving my baby in her care. “Samantha was absolutely wonderful! In fact, she's such a great sitter that I almost hesitate to write this review because selfishly, I'd love to keep her availability to myself! This was our very first time leaving our puppy with a sitter, and naturally we were a little nervous. Samantha immediately put our minds at ease. Before our trip, she took the time to meet with us and show us where our puppy would be staying in her home, which made us feel so much more comfortable and confident. While we were away for nearly two weeks, Samantha kept us updated with frequent messages and adorable photos. It meant so much to know our puppy was happy, safe, and well cared for while we were gone. What impressed us even more was that she actually helped reinforce our puppy's potty training during our time away. We came home to a puppy who had continued making progress, which was such a pleasant surprise! Samantha is truly a sweetheart, and it's obvious that she has a genuine love for animals and a heart for what she does. The care, attention, and affection she showed our puppy exceeded all of our expectations. We are so grateful we came across Samantha and couldn't recommend her more highly. Absolutely Phenomenal! I cannot recommend Pei highly enough! I used his services for a 12-day trip to Japan, and he was incredible. Right from the start, he went above and beyond by meeting my large Pitt Bull a few weeks in advance just to ensure they were a perfect match. I can say with full confidence that If you have a larger dog, he is exactly who you need. His knowledge, canine "know-how," and ability to confidently handle and control bigger dogs is impressive. Because of this, I was able to enjoy my vacation with total peace of mind. I would recommend Pei to anyone in a heartbeat and will definitely use him again!
Joseph just has a way with dogs that calms them. Our dogs, who can be skittish especially around males, just immediately LOVED Joseph. He took great care of them and sent us photos throughout our boarding time. Our dogs loved him and really bonded with him during even a relatively short week. You can't go wrong with Joseph!
We had a great experience with Princess watching our two dogs! She was super friendly, communicative, and clearly cared about our pets. She sent frequent updates and lots of pictures while we were away, which gave us a ton of peace of mind. Our dogs looked happy, comfortable, and well taken care of the entire time. I was very happy with the love and care Aga gave to my dog. She sent me several photos and videos of my dog who looked very happy enjoying her walks. When she came home I couldn’t help but notice how healthy she looked and how well her teeth were brushed. I definitely recommend Aga.
Our big boy Sam (100 lb Retriever/Akita) had a great time with Breanna, her 'ohana and cutie pooch - Kash! Breanna was able to sit for us over the holidays and helped us feel assured Sam was doing good every day. Unfortunately she's moving away (from Oahu).
