“Kara saved my bacon as I needed someone last minute to watch my dog, Finn, while I was house sitting for my parents. I work about 45 minutes away from their house so he would have been alone for 12 hours as his doggie daycare was full. Kara was extremely responsive and helped guide me through the process of how to use rover (as it was my first time). All responses were probably within 15 minutes of my messages so I felt good about the booking. She stopped by twice during the day to let him out into the yard for some potty and play and from the many photos that she sent he seemed to absolutely love having her there with him! She followed all of my instructions perfectly and had no problem figuring out what to do while I was at work which helped take some of the stress off of me. My only complaint is that she doesn’t live closer to my own house so that I could book her as an ongoing client because it worked out so well! About: A retired marine biologist. I have had dogs my entire life. Raised puppies and watched them grow old. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and energy levels. Retired. I’m available most days if you need your pets to be simply fed, let out to pee, or to be entertained. While I take same day requests, there are no guarantees because I have several regularly scheduled walks and drop ins. Please reply promptly, I archive when no response in 24 hours. I have a fenced yard and a young corgi who has full run of the house. He can be shy to other dogs. If your dog has any aggressive tendencies or Keahi does not get along with them for whatever reason, we cannot board your dog. Meet and greets are mandatory before any boarding or daycare. Dogs must be house trained for boarding or daycare (paper trained is not house trained). I cannot and will not leave food out. If your dog has issues eating when they are fed (I feed them when I feed my dog), I have to take your dog’s food away and store it. This is a house, not a kennel where your dog has an assigned lot. If your dog has these feeding issues, consider another sitter. Same goes for finicky or difficult medical application. I have no kids on property.

About: I grew up with a house full of pets, I have always had a soft spot for animals, I’ve owned ferrets, rabbits, snakes, hamsters, fish, hermit crabs, turtles, dogs, cats you name it. Currently I have two dogs and a cat. I’ve raised dogs from puppies to old gray dogs, and I’ve had my share of sick care for animals as well. 100% true animal lover. Im a stay at home mom, so I have an open availability for the most part! I would love to watch, tend to, and enjoy time with your animal(s). I have a fenced in yard and thres fur babies (2 dogs and 1 cat) to keep yours company, all of my animals are inside animals who do have the luxury of the furniture as well. We love going for walks, and getting plenty of belly rubs!
About: I have had multiple pets throughout my life so I’m very knowledgeable about different breeds and their different needs! Woof meow chirp and nibble (: I am a part time worker with a lot of availability. Usually available 3-4 days of the week schedule changes monthly may be available on weekends I live in a condo pet friendly unit with safe side walks to take fur babies on walks. I have a friendly Siamese cat at home who loves company!
About: I have taken care of/have grown up with small dogs to big dogs with very different personalities. If they have quirks or special needs (medical or personal), I will take care of it. I am are very flexible with your schedule and feel comfortable taking care up to two dogs at a time, depending on their individual needs. I am more than happy to communicate often with the owners, you will probably get more pics of your cute doggies than you want. Gladly I will do video calls as well. This is your special four-legged family member, and I understand one can be nervous, especially for the first few times. There are no kids in the house. I work from home so your dog will be around me constantly. Work day is extremely flexible so I can schedule around your dog's need. We have a decently sized fenced backyard for your doggies to race around and play and are very easy going when it comes to "house rules". Your dog will be allowed on the furniture and the bed.
About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was little. I will pet sit any type too! I could also send pictures of your pets during the day I have plenty of time to watch animals. Always at home unless I need to run somewhere. I can pet sit any day of the week I make sure they’re fed and if they have a feeding schedule. Take them on walks, also have play times and have lots of toys for them to play with!

About: I petsit frequently for family, friends and neighbors for weeks at a time in my home and their homes. I have years of experience around all kinds of different animals. I understand different personalities in pets and can work around them. I stay at home with my two kids, who love animals. My schedule is always open so I am able to follow a unique routine. I have a large fenced in yard with plenty of toys, energetic kids and two cats. One cat likes to play outside while the other stays inside.
