We did an overnight stay with him first to make sure our dogs were a good fit with him and his family, and we’re so glad we did—it couldn’t have gone better! After having some past trauma leaving our dogs in someone else’s care, it was such a relief to finally feel confident knowing our dogs were in experienced, capable hands. “Let me first preface with there's not enough good things to say about our experience with Ashley! She deserves more than 5 Stars! Suffice to say, we have found a permanent boarder for our Husky, Hana! Quick, efficient and detailed updates and correspondence with plenty of photos. Our puppy Hana, is a delicate flower, very timid and practically scared of her own shadow when around strangers or in public, but it was in her stars to have someone like Ashley whom gave her the compassionate, loving care she needs. It's obvious the experience was exceptionally good for her, as she has matured so fast in just 2 weeks of boarding. We have to be thankful as well of Ashley's fur-baby Apollo, as having a grown husky to show our pup the ropes has helped her come out of her shell further. Ashley then went a step further with follow up correspondence to ensure Hana had a nice transition back home. We're so thankful, Mahalo nui loa!”

“Kara saved my bacon as I needed someone last minute to watch my dog, Finn, while I was house sitting for my parents. I work about 45 minutes away from their house so he would have been alone for 12 hours as his doggie daycare was full. Kara was extremely responsive and helped guide me through the process of how to use rover (as it was my first time). All responses were probably within 15 minutes of my messages so I felt good about the booking. She stopped by twice during the day to let him out into the yard for some potty and play and from the many photos that she sent he seemed to absolutely love having her there with him! She followed all of my instructions perfectly and had no problem figuring out what to do while I was at work which helped take some of the stress off of me. My only complaint is that she doesn’t live closer to my own house so that I could book her as an ongoing client because it worked out so well! About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life and love all kinds of animals! My wife and animals stayed back in the states when I moved to Hawaii for the time being and I’d love to spend the time taking care of your fur babies! For years my wife and I have been boarding/house sitting dogs, cats, and even turtles, and fish on rover and we love it! We have one dog, two cats of our own and they are all exceptionally social. I work full time, 9 to 6 with a lunch break around noon. I am usually available early in the mornings for walks if requested. I have a fenced in backyard and currently no animals or kids in the house. I am very accustomed to doing drop-in’s for dogs and cats and will take care of them in your home however you request!

About: A retired marine biologist. I have had dogs my entire life. Raised puppies and watched them grow old. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and energy levels. Retired. I’m available most days if you need your pets to be simply fed, let out to pee, or to be entertained. While I take same day requests, there are no guarantees because I have several regularly scheduled walks and drop ins. Please reply promptly, I archive when no response in 24 hours. I have a fenced yard and a young corgi who has full run of the house. He can be shy to other dogs. If your dog has any aggressive tendencies or Keahi does not get along with them for whatever reason, we cannot board your dog. Meet and greets are mandatory before any boarding or daycare. Dogs must be house trained for boarding or daycare (paper trained is not house trained). I cannot and will not leave food out. If your dog has issues eating when they are fed (I feed them when I feed my dog), I have to take your dog’s food away and store it. This is a house, not a kennel where your dog has an assigned lot. If your dog has these feeding issues, consider another sitter. Same goes for finicky or difficult medical application. I have no kids on property.

She was knowledgable and forthcoming about her own pets' personalities and ability to incorporate Kala into their home. Her daily pics, videos, and commentary let me know how Kala was truly doing and what they were doing for her to have the best experience away from us. It wasn't just "fluff" it was genuine care and concern for Kala's wellbeing and our piece of mind. “Leaving our dogs with someone new can be nerve-racking, but Pei completely exceeded our expectations and made us feel at ease right away. We did an overnight stay with him first to make sure our dogs were a good fit with him and his family, and we’re so glad we did—it couldn’t have gone better! After having some past trauma leaving our dogs in someone else’s care, it was such a relief to finally feel confident knowing our dogs were in experienced, capable hands. Booking with Pei was easy, his communication was excellent, and he kept us updated with pictures, which we loved. We were beyond happy with how well he handled both of our rescue dogs, especially our Doberman, who is the newest addition to our family. It was very clear that Pei is incredibly knowledgeable with dogs and truly understands their needs. The best part? He’s completely comfortable with larger dogs! It’s so hard to find sitters who welcome big dogs, and we are so thankful we found Pei. “Let me first preface with there's not enough good things to say about our experience with Ashley! She deserves more than 5 Stars! Suffice to say, we have found a permanent boarder for our Husky, Hana! Quick, efficient and detailed updates and correspondence with plenty of photos. Our puppy Hana, is a delicate flower, very timid and practically scared of her own shadow when around strangers or in public, but it was in her stars to have someone like Ashley whom gave her the compassionate, loving care she needs. It's obvious the experience was exceptionally good for her, as she has matured so fast in just 2 weeks of boarding. We have to be thankful as well of Ashley's fur-baby Apollo, as having a grown husky to show our pup the ropes has helped her come out of her shell further. Ashley then went a step further with follow up correspondence to ensure Hana had a nice transition back home. We're so thankful, Mahalo nui loa!”

“The sweetest host and my baby had such a great time! I loved my picture updates and how happy my girl looked. Even when I picked her up, Karma seemed so happy but also worn out from all the playing so I know she was well taken care of. Another great sign is that Karma didn’t come back itchy!! She has skin and food allergies so that means Samantha was good about sticking to her diet and there was nothing around to irritate Karmas skin. Absolutely love!!! Thanks again!”

About: I have tons of experience in different types of dogs, high energy, anxious etc. I love all animals and will take great care of them! I’m very reliable & attentive and will give your pets all the love and care they need as well as giving you daily updates, pictures/videos on how your pets are doing. I’m not currently working so I will be able to watch your pets any day & time of the week! They will get all the attention they need! I will take your dog on walks and give your cat all the pets they want! I have a backyard that’s fenced in and a very friendly german shepherd to keep your pets company! (he grew up around all types of animals so he’s fine with any!)
