About: I have grown up with dogs and had them in and out of my life. I am pretty experienced with young puppies and adult dogs. Although I am not experienced with senior care or giving medication. I am currently a part time college student that will be taking classes online. I have an incredibly flexible schedule. I will do my best to work with so that it works out for everyone. About: Took care of puppies and dogs when I was younger. More suited for grown dogs grew up with maybe 10 different dogs taking care of multiple at once. I can work everyday whenever. Unless it’s something out of the ordinary I am free. I don’t have any other commitments other than school which is online. I treat them well but I try not to spoil them. “Kara saved my bacon as I needed someone last minute to watch my dog, Finn, while I was house sitting for my parents. I work about 45 minutes away from their house so he would have been alone for 12 hours as his doggie daycare was full. Kara was extremely responsive and helped guide me through the process of how to use rover (as it was my first time). All responses were probably within 15 minutes of my messages so I felt good about the booking. She stopped by twice during the day to let him out into the yard for some potty and play and from the many photos that she sent he seemed to absolutely love having her there with him! She followed all of my instructions perfectly and had no problem figuring out what to do while I was at work which helped take some of the stress off of me. My only complaint is that she doesn’t live closer to my own house so that I could book her as an ongoing client because it worked out so well! Our normal cat sitter had a family emergency and canceled our reservations. Meaghan was willing to help us on short notice. She did a fantastic job. We received daily updates and pictures. We had added a bunch of extra chores for her, one of the cats needing medication as such. She even kept up with vacuuming up the tiny bits of food that can tend to be thrown around when the cats eat. We came home to relaxed kitties and a clean house. We intended to contact her first if we ever have the need. Highly recommend!
