About: From the first day I was born, I was surrounded by cocker spaniel puppies of my mother's. I was raised to care of different types of animals from dogs, cats, fish, turtle, bunnies, and mice! I have a great fondness and love for animals, especially dogs. We lost our 9 year old Maltese last August and would like to take care and provide some love for other dogs. I've house-sit/dog-sit my neighbor's black lab since 2008, and occasionally dog sit my friend's Australian Shepherd-Corgi mix puppy. I've also house-sit/dog-sit my coworkers black German Shepard several nights last year. I'm sometimes described as a dog whisperer, as dogs have had a natural fondness and friendliness with me. About: I have been taking care of pets since I was 8 years old. My family had birds, bunnies, cats, dogs, turtles & fish. Pretty much any pet you can think of, I probably owned it. We have our sweet dog Juneau. She gets along with dogs and cats so as long as your pet is friendly, we can probably board him/her. I work from home during the week and shoot photo sessions on the weekends but my wife is home if I am not so your pet is not left alone. We love to give lots of play time and go on walks. Pets are allowed on furniture and on bed. We have a fenced in yard.

Avery is fantastic. She took great care of my three very energetic labs while we were away for 2 weeks. She cleaned up behind them both outside and inside the house and was very patient with our male dog pooping and peeing inside despite knowing better. She gave them lots of play time as well. Avery let me know my dog’s med was running out so I could order a refill; she even went out of her way to pickup the medication from the vet so she wouldn’t miss a dose. I had no worries while away; Avery def gives you peace of mind if you need to leave your dogs! She took lots of pictures and left informative and entertaining notes. Will definitely book again.
