Your fur babies will have free reign of my home, where they’ll feel safe and loved. For potty breaks, they’ll always be leashed to ensure their safety while enjoying outdoor time.

I really wanted to give Leonard a 5-star review because there were many great things about his service. He was very quick to respond, came to my apartment for a meet-and-greet, and Tobie took to him right away. He was also incredibly accommodating with my schedule, letting me drop Tobie off early and waiting 30 minutes for me when my flight was delayed. Tobie was calm and happy when I picked him up, and I can tell Leonard is a loving sitter. The only reason I am leaving 3 stars instead of 5 is that some of the detailed care instructions weren't fully followed. I left clear written guidelines for feeding, snacks, and paw cleaning, but when we returned, I noticed most of Tobie's kibble and snacks were untouched, and his paw wipes hadn't been used. Tobie did lose some weight, which can happen in a new environment, but seeing the leftover food was concerning. Additionally, I had to initiate communication to get updates, and only received one photo per day from his walks, rather than a mix of photos showing him settling in at home. Leonard mentioned afterward that some of these requested services required additional payments. I acknowledge that I wasn't fully aware of that part of Rover's policies and will definitely keep that in mind for future bookings. I appreciate Leonard's kindness, love for animals, and scheduling flexibility, but I hope communication and care expectations can be more clearly aligned up front in the future. Just make sure you communicate very clearly with him, and he can be a great match for your dog's needs
I am very thankful for Leonard! I had just moved to area and found him . Done used him a few times and with no worries when I leave my fur baby.
This is her second time vacationing with Leonard. She was all smiles from when I dropped her off and picked her up. Leonard is great with her, communicative, professional and I can feel how much he loves animals. We will see you soon!
Leonard is the best!!! We feel so lucky that Leonard can take care of our pups! They always seem to be happy, loved, and well taken care of! So happy he’s willing to be our sitter :)
