Hi, I’m Sophia! I have been a pet sitter on here before but I was unfortunately locked out of my account. I was a 5 star sitter with 7 repeat clients, I kept pet sitting until I started my job at a pet store in 2024. Here, I worked with guinea pigs, gerbils, ferrets, cats, small birds, and small lizards. I am also a level one certified veterinary assistant and trained in basic pet first aid and CPR through the American Red Cross. In addition, I have two miniature dachshunds, two cats, a leopard gecko, and three crested geckos! After nearly two years, I am no longer at my job and am looking to get back into pet sitting.

Sophie was a wonderful friend to my feisty puppy and took such tender care of my 19-year-old senior cat. She was prompt, attentive, and an excellent communicator throughout. My puppy adored her from the moment they met, which is always a good sign! She carefully followed all of my instructions, respected our home and property, and consistently went above and beyond. She even left everything cleaner and tidier than she found it after every visit. I wholeheartedly recommend Sophie to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable, and genuinely caring drop-in pet sitter. Your fur babies will be in excellent hands. 🐾

Schedule
I am home most of the day and week getting things ready for my husband and I’s move. My pups are on a schedule where they eat twice a day; morning and evening. They are also crate trained, so leaving them to attend to your pets is not hard for me to do.

I am always very careful to memorize any details anybody gives me. I always make sure to ask the right questions in the case that you may forget to tell me. I love sending pictures of your pets to you and just overall providing love and attention to them when you aren’t able to.

A typical day
This depends on what you ask me to do as a pet parent and what type of pet you have! I love giving pups puzzles to do and figure out, taking them on walks, playing tug of war, or just snuggling up on the couch and watching movies!
