Tanya was amazing! We used her before for our golden puppy and she was so kind to her! She has kids that were super helpful and sweet too! 😊 This time I messaged her super last minute to see if she was available to watch our Bella again for a very last minute trip and she was able to accommodate within a couple of hours. We even needed to extend beyond our original time and she just took great care of us and our fur baby! Sent pictures and updates when requested. Our fur baby even came home with pink bows on her ears lol 😂 So grateful to have someone that loves on our pooch while we are gone so we aren’t constantly worried! We had such a great experience! Robert watched our 6 year old dog for 11 days and was amazing from start to finish. Before the stay, he took the time to meet us at a dog park and then again at his home, which made us feel really comfortable leaving our dog with him. He was incredibly kind, professional, and communicative the entire time. He gave our dog his medications as needed and sent us pictures and updates every single day, which we really appreciated while we were away. Our dog can get anxious, and during the stay he unfortunately had an incident where he bit another dog which has never happened. Robert handled a really stressful situation extremely well. He was calm, responsible, honest, and communicated with us immediately about what happened. We were especially grateful for how understanding and professional he was throughout everything. He genuinely cares about the dogs he watches. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for dog, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, patient, and caring!
Joseph just has a way with dogs that calms them. Our dogs, who can be skittish especially around males, just immediately LOVED Joseph. He took great care of them and sent us photos throughout our boarding time. Our dogs loved him and really bonded with him during even a relatively short week. You can't go wrong with Joseph!
I was very happy with the love and care Aga gave to my dog. She sent me several photos and videos of my dog who looked very happy enjoying her walks. When she came home I couldn’t help but notice how healthy she looked and how well her teeth were brushed. I definitely recommend Aga.
