Christine is GREAT, pleasant and patient with Kalani. I would recommend her to anyone.
At the meet & greet I shared that I only crate my dog during the day if I have to leave for 1-3 hours. He is not crated at night. Christine reassured me they have multiple dog beds in the house. When I picked him up she said he was crated at night and did not like it. My instructions were not followed.
christine was awesome! will definitely be rebooking with her in the future.
Christine provided great care to my pampered pet. He bonded with her husband (rather than her dogs) and was his constant shadow. Sending me photos and updates during my trip eased my concerns. When we dropped Bailey off, it was raining and he whimpered as if we were abandoning him. The updates proved my worries were needless.
Christine provided an amazing blend of professionalism and genuine thoughtful care for my beloved fur baby. She was knowledgable and forthcoming about her own pets' personalities and ability to incorporate Kala into their home. Her daily pics, videos, and commentary let me know how Kala was truly doing and what they were doing for her to have the best experience away from us. It wasn't just "fluff" it was genuine care and concern for Kala's wellbeing and our piece of mind. I without hesitation would provide the highest of recommendation for her providing the best of care.
