“Kara saved my bacon as I needed someone last minute to watch my dog, Finn, while I was house sitting for my parents. I work about 45 minutes away from their house so he would have been alone for 12 hours as his doggie daycare was full. Kara was extremely responsive and helped guide me through the process of how to use rover (as it was my first time). All responses were probably within 15 minutes of my messages so I felt good about the booking. She stopped by twice during the day to let him out into the yard for some potty and play and from the many photos that she sent he seemed to absolutely love having her there with him! She followed all of my instructions perfectly and had no problem figuring out what to do while I was at work which helped take some of the stress off of me. My only complaint is that she doesn’t live closer to my own house so that I could book her as an ongoing client because it worked out so well! “Christine provided an amazing blend of professionalism and genuine thoughtful care for my beloved fur baby. She was knowledgable and forthcoming about her own pets' personalities and ability to incorporate Kala into their home. Her daily pics, videos, and commentary let me know how Kala was truly doing and what they were doing for her to have the best experience away from us. It wasn't just "fluff" it was genuine care and concern for Kala's wellbeing and our piece of mind. “Samantha was absolutely wonderful! In fact, she's such a great sitter that I almost hesitate to write this review because selfishly, I'd love to keep her availability to myself! This was our very first time leaving our puppy with a sitter, and naturally we were a little nervous. Samantha immediately put our minds at ease. Before our trip, she took the time to meet with us and show us where our puppy would be staying in her home, which made us feel so much more comfortable and confident. While we were away for nearly two weeks, Samantha kept us updated with frequent messages and adorable photos. It meant so much to know our puppy was happy, safe, and well cared for while we were gone. What impressed us even more was that she actually helped reinforce our puppy's potty training during our time away. We came home to a puppy who had continued making progress, which was such a pleasant surprise! Samantha is truly a sweetheart, and it's obvious that she has a genuine love for animals and a heart for what she does. Frankie has lots of energy and puppy tendencies, making her a potential handful to care for, but Shandri handled her wonderfully. It’s clear she genuinely loves animals. “Thank goodness for Andrea, who helped with boarding Alika after my heart procedure. I asked for a last minute request and she was able to help with that as well. Alika came back a happy dog, which tells me he had a good stay with Andrea. Appreciate all her help with Alika. When she picked him up he did not hesitate to jump in her car. He really loves his time with her when she comes and walks him as well. I will definitely use Andrea again.”

“Pei, what a professional. Our dog was in his care and we were so happy that we could go on a trip without having to worry about our dog that we love so very much. Pei communicated with us, and showed us how much knowledge he had with not only caring for our dog but what he offered as a dog trainer and dog whisperer. He met with us and our dog to ensure that we were all a fit to proceed with this interaction. I will forever take my dog to Pei anytime my family and I are out of town. “Let me first preface with there's not enough good things to say about our experience with Ashley! She deserves more than 5 Stars! Suffice to say, we have found a permanent boarder for our Husky, Hana! Quick, efficient and detailed updates and correspondence with plenty of photos. Our puppy Hana, is a delicate flower, very timid and practically scared of her own shadow when around strangers or in public, but it was in her stars to have someone like Ashley whom gave her the compassionate, loving care she needs. It's obvious the experience was exceptionally good for her, as she has matured so fast in just 2 weeks of boarding. We have to be thankful as well of Ashley's fur-baby Apollo, as having a grown husky to show our pup the ropes has helped her come out of her shell further. Ashley then went a step further with follow up correspondence to ensure Hana had a nice transition back home. We're so thankful, Mahalo nui loa!”

Grace kept in touch with photos & videos which made us feel good about leaving our precious behind. We added on a bath service and Roxy felt so clean and smelled good. Grace also gave Roxy her meds.
