“Jessica always makes sure that my puppy was having fun on walks and in her home with her family. My 4 month old German shepherd puppy came back to me so well behaved. I truly appreciate her and her family for taking such good care of my puppy. Thank you.”

“Miho walked our pup every morning and evening. She sent pictures and updates daily. I know that our fur baby was in good hands while we were away! I would highly recommend Miho!”

“Tracey was very good. She was nice, understanding and professional. She took very good care of my dog Sunny and recommend her to anyone who also has small dogs.”

“Christine took excellent care our two dogs. She willingly gave him antibiotics and cooked food for one of the dogs who was recovering from an infection. She followed the vets instructions carefully. Thank you Christine!”

“Our dog, Panda, immediately felt at home under the care of Maddy. We were so happy to see Panda fit right in to her family. Maddy even provided updates and videos/pictures of our dog throughout her stay. Would definitely recommend Maddy to anyone looking for a trusted sitter for their dog. Thank you, Maddy! Until next time.”

“Yiye and her family have been amazing with my dog, Alfred! It was his first time boarding and I got so many updates on how he was doing. I highly recommend boarding your dog with her and her wonderful family. I would definitely board him with them next time!”

“Excellent sitter. I was a little worried because our puppy has never had someone else watch her and can be quite guarded with other pets & people but she was an excellent sitter and even got our dog to open up to her after a little bit. Would definitely recommend and book again. Thank you.”

“Just 4 days before this last stay with Joel, our dog had gotten severely attacked & bitten by another dog, at a local park. Bozzer (our puppy), was still in the early stages of healing. Joel was so kind to still take our dog, knowing he had to care for him a lot more than usual. Joel was AWESOME! He knew exactly what to do & reached out to us only when needed. Joel was versed with knowing how to administer Bozzer’s medication. I highly recommend Joel, to anyone looking for a GREAT sitter who is knowledgable about dogs, and is kind, loving & caring.”

“She took really good care of Spoofy and always kept me updated. She kept his best interest in mind and made sure that he was very happy the whole time. Thank you for making Spoofy feel at home!”

“We had a great experience with Karsyn and her husband! We have an elderly dog and I'm typically very wary about leaving her with anyone, but I never had any worries during her stay. They sent regular photos and updates, and it was clear our dog was happy and well cared for. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again!”

“Simeon was fantastic! He stepped in on short notice to care for our senior fur babies and handled their medications with ease. Communication was great. He kept us updated on everything, even when Oreo got sick. We really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail, as not all caregivers are as transparent. He also sent photos and made us feel completely at ease. Highly recommend!”

“Scarlett had a great time & did not want to leave her! She was able to adjust her schedule with short notice and would send photos periodically as an update ! Definitely a repeat customer here ! Thanks again !”

“Let me first preface with there's not enough good things to say about our experience with Ashley! She deserves more than 5 Stars! Suffice to say, we have found a permanent boarder for our Husky, Hana! Quick, efficient and detailed updates and correspondence with plenty of photos. Our puppy Hana, is a delicate flower, very timid and practically scared of her own shadow when around strangers or in public, but it was in her stars to have someone like Ashley whom gave her the compassionate, loving care she needs. It's obvious the experience was exceptionally good for her, as she has matured so fast in just 2 weeks of boarding. We have to be thankful as well of Ashley's fur-baby Apollo, as having a grown husky to show our pup the ropes has helped her come out of her shell further. Ashley then went a step further with follow up correspondence to ensure Hana had a nice transition back home. We're so thankful, Mahalo nui loa!”

“Diana was AWESOME!! Fantastic communication from initial inquiry, meet-up, drop-off and throughout our trip. Kept us updated with messages and pictures every day. Her home was great with lots of space indoors and out. Fenced yard and air conditioning inside were both BIG pluses! Our corgi was well taken care of while we were gone. Would definitely book with her again!”

“Best sitter I could have ever asked for. I received pictures and updates on CJ the entire time. Stacey provided the care and attention my dog needed. Will always look to use her first anytime we may be away. Thank you Stacey!! ❤️?”

“Pei took amazing care of our two pups, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! He kept us updated with plenty of photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear they were getting lots of attention, playtime, and genuine love. The whole process was incredibly smooth and easy. Compared to other pet sitters we’ve used, there was much less setup required, and he already had crates available for our dogs, which made drop-off and pickup simple and stress-free. Pei is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about our pups. We felt completely confident leaving our dogs in his care, and we’ll definitely be booking with him again. Highly recommend!”

“Daylin did an amazing job taking care of my dog. I received regular updates, including videos and photos, which gave me great peace of mind. From the pictures, I could tell my dog was calm and happy, so I know Daylin took excellent care of him. Communication was also very efficient throughout the entire stay. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Daylin without hesitation.”

“Kaitlyn was great. She took in Bree with just a few days notice and Bree enjoyed herself. Kaitlyn is energetic and took Bree on daily walks (long) and that was important to me. As a pit-mix they need to be walked so they can sniff everything. Kaitlyn followed my lead on using the snacks in the puzzle toys to break up the boredom that Pit's can get if not stimulated. She was a great dog-sitter.”

“Emma seem to genuinely care about the well being of the pets that she care for. She noticed right away our Lucky's anxiety of us not being around. Lucky is very shy around people and other dogs, and Emma took great care and patience in handling her character. I think she has the ability to take Lucky out of her shell. We'll be bringing her back to Emma for overnights again.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
