“Ashley was absolutely amazing! My boy was very spoiled during his time with Ashley. She took him on several walks a day, as well as routine trips to the dog park. Communication was never an issue, and I received daily updates with pictures. I originally booked Ashley for house-sitting from 09/30/2022-10/12/2022 but had to adjust the stay from 09/29/2022-10/13/2022 due to flight issues. Ashley was more than accommodating and adjusted her schedule. I will definitely be booking her in the future. 100% recommend Ashley!”

“Michelle is such a caring person! She took great care of our 15 year old Maltese, Mika while we attended our daughter’s wedding. Even though it was for only 15 hours, she still meet us for an initial meeting so we could get to know her. She was punctual and even accommodated a last minute earlier start time. We normally have family or friends watch over our baby, but they were all in attendance for the wedding. First time users for a pet sitter, but would not hesitate to use Michelle again!”

“We’re so grateful for Janey! While on a ten-day trip, one of our kitties broke through a small screen window in our bathroom and went missing for 5 days. We had care scheduled for our kitties, but it became clear it would take more to bring our Stella kitty home. With still a week left in our trip, we were becoming very concerned Stella would not come home without a dedicated and persistent search effort, and that’s when we contacted Janey. Right from the start, Janey was empathetic about our situation and committed to helping. She went above and beyond our expectations, from bringing various types of fish to put out for our kitty to circulating our kitty’s photo on social media sites (with our permission), all while providing love and care to our other kitty, Oscar. Janey was easy to coordinate with and is a reliable communicator. Janey up finding our Stella kitty deep out into the yard behind our house when Oscar awoke her in the middle of the night. She saw eyes glowing in the yard, contacted us, and went out to investigate based on an intuition it was our Stella, which it was! She approached Stella carefully and brought her home safely. We highly recommend Janey for her great communication, dedication to help, and clear way with animals!!”

“Ryan is excellent. He really knows how to interact with dogs. He is prompt and communicative. And we recieived great photos of our pup every day we were gone. We will continue to book Ryan as our dog sitter!”

“Rebecca was amazing! Our dogs felt comfortable in her care and so did we! Throughout he house sitting stay she gave updates and pictures, which put us at ease to know put dogs were in such great care. It is clear Rebecca has a heart for animals and we are much appreciative. We would recommend for future care.”

“We are so glad we found such a nice place for our anxious old dog to stay when we have to go out of town. Hanna accommodated all of our dog's needs. We'll definitely use Hanna again.”

“Hayley helped us out back to back to back days and we are so grateful! Our pup can’t be left alone right now after surgery, and she was willing to stay with him the whole time. She’s so kind and flexible, Thank you Hayley!”

About: I’m a veteran and military spouse, so I completely understand deployments, TDYs, and last-minute leave plans to see family. I also have on-base access, which makes coordinating care even easier for military families. I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life, so caring for pets is second nature to me—not just a job. I love taking dogs out for neighborhood walks or runs and have a blast teaching fun tricks and reinforcing good manners. I’m also happy to water houseplants while you’re away, if needed. Whether your pet wants to burn off energy or curl up for extra love, I treat every furry friend like my own and keep you updated so you can relax while you’re away. As a stay-at-home mom, I’m home most of the day and have a flexible schedule for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting. Your pet will get plenty of attention, activity, and care throughout the day. Safety is always my top priority! I provide care in your home or on walks so pets can stay comfy in their familiar routine. I follow instructions closely, keep leashes on and doors secure, and send photo updates along the way. As a veteran and military spouse, reliability and trust matter to me—you can count on your pet being safe, loved, and well cared for.

I’m going to have full availability to take care of your pets! I’m very excited to start this experience and enjoy your fur babies! Animals should be treated as kids and I fully accept the responsibility of that! I am willing to go above and beyond to make sure your pet stays happy and well cared for. I’m very flexible and understanding when it comes to what you expect for your pets daily activities and needs.
“Jessica was absolutely the best! She stayed in our home for five nights with my fur babies and gave them constant love and attention💖 she was awesome with our instructions and very responsible with taking them for walks and their feeding schedule. Five stars and we can’t wait to use her again.”

“Jazmin is simply fantastic! She took time to get to know our boys. She sent updates and pics at least twice per day. She was very organized and professional. She took notes and repeated back to us our feeding and household instructions. She is reliable, communicative, kind, and really understands animals. I highly recommend. A++”

“Sofiya cared for my 2 doggies as if they were her own. She is extremely professional, responsible, and caring. She is very flexible and reliable and made my life easier, when we had to leave to take our daughter out of state for college. Sofiya also gave me a ride to the airport! Which she didn't have to do at all. She kept us updated with lots of pictures, videos, and a few phone calls to check in. She treated my 2 dogs with great care, respect, and love. Would definitely recommend her and will rebook her if we ever need a dog sitter again.”

“Karina was fantastic. She did everything she promised and then some. Punctual and professional. I think the house was cleaner than when we left! Pono had a wonderful time, and Karina's photos were professional level. We would ask Karina to watch Pono any time, and hope to do so again soon.”

About: Hello! My husband and I have owned dogs our entire lives and are huge pet lovers. We treat all animals like they are our own and pride ourselves on providing excellent care. I have 10 years of pet sitting experience, with three of those years being full time. We have a fenced in yard and a jack russell terrier mix named Cooper, a chihuahua named Amber, and a dachshund named Willow. All of my dogs are friendly and will pick up on your dog's energy; they love to play but also are trained to respect boundaries. I've pet sat full time for three years, so they are used to dogs coming and going and are very friendly. I work from home part time, so I would be spending most, if not all day with your dog/s. I will be available all day for play time, cuddles, and potty breaks. My husband works during the day, and is home in the evenings. ***Please note that I work from home part time. My schedule is currently working from 2:15pm-6pm 3 days per week, and from 6am-11am on most weekends. I will be unavailable for drop ins, pickups, and drop offs during that time. I do require a meet and greet to ensure that everyone gets along. I require dogs to be up to date on their rabies and bordetella vaccines if they are boarding in our home. *** I only accept one family for dog boarding at a time (up to three dogs per family) so your pet/s will only be around my three dogs during their stay. This helps reduce stress on the dogs being around too many unfamiliar pets/people at once. Your pets comfort in our home is very important to me! *** All dogs must be crate trained. Your pets will be crated when no one is home and at night. I have experience with many different breeds and sizes of dogs (see photos). Our backyard is fenced in and we frequently let our dogs outside. They will never be left outside by themselves. I am respectful of your home and will leave it the same way I left it.
About: My first memories are gardening with my family and taking care of our dogs, horses and chickens. My first paid caretaker job was at age 14 for our neighbor’s 4 acres of pasture, 60 sheep, a ram, and a cat. The hardest part was getting up at 4 AM every day in the summer to open irrigation locks and ensure the pasture didn’t die in a high altitude desert environment. In high school I became a go-to petsitter in our community. I took care of horses, cats, dogs, cattle, goats, saltwater and freshwater aquariums, parrots, frogs, geckos, newts, etc. In my 20s I worked in NYC as a dog walker and dog runner for one of the best companies in Manhattan. Our team was trusted with high profile clients to provide exceptionally private service and maintain the utmost of discretion in regard to safety and security of their homes and pets. In my 30’s I have been house sitting for friends and family, sometimes for as long as one month. I am new to Rover, but since I recently relocated to Oahu a friend of mine recommended that I join their team, so here I am. Lastly, in addition to being a lover of all animals I am also rather good with plants! My favorite house sitting job ever was for 2 dogs (1 young, 1 old and in need of multiple daily medications), a cute cat, and approximately 35 house plants. 🌴✨😊 I am currently working part-time in person in Honolulu and part-time remotely. Depending on your trip duration, care needs, and ability to give me notice my schedule is flexible. Opening up your home to a stranger to take care of your loved ones requires a huge amount of trust from all parties. I would like to meet you, your pets, plants, home and see if it is a good match before working together. Regardless of the care needed, I pay close attention to detail and deeply value the safety and security of your home and pets.
About: I have a deep love and appreciation for animals, especially both dogs and cats. I currently care for two cats I rescued since they were kittens! I have been a loving caregiver for my guinea pig pet for 6 years prior with much love and dedication as well as taking care of friends’ dogs. As for my skills, animals tend to feel calm and relaxed around me & I have experience with grooming, walking, and feeding animals. I am responsible, diligent, punctual, caring, and patient. I love spending time outdoors in nature with animals. I enjoy the company of dogs and cats as well as playing with them. I am available in the daytime with a flexible schedule between 6am and 11am. Depending on your dogs physical activity range or exercising needs, I can customize the walk to be more active or more relaxed for them. I can walk your dog to Central Park depending on the distance or their favorite nearby park. Looking forward to meeting you and your pet! I have a flexible availability to care for your pet as needed, including house-sitting. With 1 week advance notice, I can accommodate to meet the care days you're looking for. I easily adapt to what your pet needs and actively focus on ensuring they have the best experience by starting with the basics of care such as having food, water, and toys available. I monitor their energy levels to see how they're doing and when they are ready for a walk or playtime, with a fresh water refill right after!
“Liz came to stay at her house for two days to take care of our two dogs shortly after we moved from the Mainland to Oahu. She provided absolutely excellent care and love, and we recommend her highly. While at our house, she sent us many pictures and updates, as well as asked questions on anything she was uncertain about, so we knew throughout our time away that our dogs were in the best hands.”

About: I’ve always been a responsible pet owner since I was little and have had numerous unique pets growing up. I love pet sitting, walking, and taking care of them all as if they were my own 🩷 I am currently a substitute teacher and have some extra time and days I don’t have work so I have free time for walks and cuddles. I have always prioritized safety in my different occupations doing security and corrections most of my life. I take pride in people’s trust in me in different ways.
About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was young, helping family and friends whenever they traveled or had busy schedules. Whether it was just for the day or a few weeks, I’ve always loved making sure their pups felt safe, happy, and well cared for. A couple of years ago, I had the incredibly rewarding experience of fostering a rescue dog here on the island—and that’s when I decided to take my passion for pet care more seriously. When my neighbor had to move away, I stepped in to care for her pup and eventually found her a loving forever home. Caring for dogs is something I genuinely love and take pride in. I have a very flexible schedule this summer while I’m on break from school, which allows me to spend plenty of quality time with your pup! I'm available for frequent check-ins, walks, and extended stays to make sure your dog is well cared for. While I’m currently exploring a part-time job on the side, pet care is a top priority, and I remain very open and committed to my availability. I live up in the valleys with plenty of other furry friend owners! It is a calm area with a super friendly community! I also have a little yard they can use for quick potty breaks.

Brian was wonderful with Romulus, my senior dog, especially while we were traveling and staying somewhere new. He arrived early, communicated clearly, and shared great updates and photos throughout the evening, which I really appreciated as a hands-on pet parent. When the power went out, Brian stayed calm, comforted Romulus, and kept me informed the entire time. His steady presence and care gave me total peace of mind. He’s reliable, kind, and clearly great with senior dogs. I would absolutely book him again and highly recommend him.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars for Mio! Mio is truly an exceptional dog sitter. From the moment we connected, it was clear how much care, attention, and genuine love she brings to her work. She went above and beyond in every possible way - daily updates, thoughtful photos, and a level of attentiveness that gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. My pups absolutely adored her, and it was obvious they were not only well cared for but genuinely happy.

Breeona did an amazing job housesitting our two cats!! She sent multiple updates with pictures and videos daily, she asked questions about their care as needed, and left our house spotless. Breeona even made an adorable illustrated booklet of our kitties as a surprise, so sweet and thoughtful! She took such good care of our cats, we definitely will be asking her to housesit again.

Absolutely amazing. Not only did she take good care of my dog, she took her out for hikes, went to the beach with her, and even helped train her in aspects she struggles in. 10/10 would recommend to any and every dog owner! Very lucky to come across her to watch your pet.

Jazmin is simply fantastic! She took time to get to know our boys. She sent updates and pics at least twice per day. She was very organized and professional. She took notes and repeated back to us our feeding and household instructions. She is reliable, communicative, kind, and really understands animals. I highly recommend. A++

Aaron was absolutely fantastic taking care of our three pups. They all looked happy, relaxed, and very content when we came back from our trip. Aaron sent us pictures and gave us updates on how our pups were doing. He even cleaned our home and left us a tub of ice cream in the freezer, which we so appreciated after 24 hours of travel. We would definitely ask Aaron to pet-sit for us if we go on another trip.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend! This was our first time using Rover, and we’ll admit—we were pretty skeptical. We have two large GSDs who don’t warm up to just anyone, and have only ever left them in the care of family members. But Luis had absolutely no issues from the very beginning. He was wonderful with our furbabies, showing them so much love and attention that they quickly adored him in return. He also provided several updates each day—with amazing photos!—which truly put our minds at ease while we were away. Knowing they were happy, loved, and well cared for made all the difference. Not only did he take care of our furbabies, but he took care of our home. We were able to enjoy our trip knowing everything—and everyone—was in good hands. We’re so grateful to have found Luis and will definitely be calling him again whenever we’re in need.
Cora did another excellent job! She has great availability, is always prompt to respond and flexible in her times, and we love how many pictures and videos she sends during her stay! We can rest easy knowing our cats and our home are being well taken care of. We've trusted Cora with our cats several times now and she always does an amazing job!

Sofiya did an outstanding job taking care of my large 7-month-old Aussie puppy. She took him to the beach four days in a row, played with him (wore him out) and chilled out with him. She even worked on a few of his habits such as mouthing and jumping up. I came home to a happy dog.
Britney was absolutely outstanding! She cared for my furry kids as if they were her own, ensuring they felt safe, loved, and comfortable throughout her time with them. Beyond managing all their daily needs, she took them to the groomer and picked them up, returning them smelling fresh and looking great, as always. Her meticulous attention to detail and genuine care truly set her apart from other sitters. Britney also went above and beyond by carefully tending to my Elsa’s dry eye condition—keeping it clean and medicated with consistent care. Additionally, she checked my mail for packages I was expecting, demonstrating a thoughtful commitment to both my pets and home. I wholeheartedly recommend Britney to anyone seeking a responsible, loving, and attentive dog sitter who treats pets like family. Thank you, Britney, for your exceptional, personalized care and professionalism.

Kathaleen was very attentive to my dog. He is an older dog and needs a certain kind of food and TLC. Oscar was very happy when I got home, and since she was staying at my condo, she did a beautiful job cleaning it up. Everything was as I left it with clean sheets and a clean dishwasher. Which is much appreciated after a long trip she sent me pictures and videos of my dog, which I enjoyed. Highly recommend her.

I hired Savannah to house sit and take care of my cats while I was on deployment. She was flexible and did everything in her power to assist me and make sure I got what I needed for my pets and home in my absence. I could not be more grateful for her service. She is absolutely the best and I highly recommend her 10/10 score. She is worth every cent you pay for her service. If I need any services in the future, I will most certainly choose her again. 100% satisfaction. House: clean; Cats: fed, watered, and loved. She made sure everything was done immaculately including spending quality time with the cats so they wouldn’t be lonely, kept their bowls clean, and ensured their feeding schedule was upkept and health responsibilities were taken care of. She periodically sent pictures and would always respond to any messages within a few hours.
