“Jennifer is fantastic. She is professional and accommodating which is great but more importantly, our 2 dogs love her. Our 2 year old, Stella loves everyone. Our 1 year old, Charlotte, is another story. Charlotte had a hard start to her life and is terrified of most everything. In less than a week Jennifer had figured Charlotte out and Charlotte was walking with Jennifer without her tail tucked.. Jennifer takes the time to put both our dogs jackets and snow shoes on for their walk (weather depending of coarse) which is a chore in itself. We feel very comfortable that our dogs are in good hands with Jennifer and we couldn't be happier! Thank you Jennifer!”

“Jamie clearly takes his responsibilities seriously and takes the utmost care of our dog. As first time dog owners, we were nervous to leave our pup in someone else’s care, and how our pup would react to someone else being in the home. Those nerves quickly vanished, and we as well as our puppy enjoy having Jamie come over to walk him and care for him. He is very professional and very caring toward our dog, which is all we could ask for!”

About: I’ve cared for low, medium, and high energy dogs, small, medium, and large breeds, friendly and reactive. I’ve dealt with food allergies, leash-pulling, SQUIRRELS! and anxious dogs. My 4.5 year old just passed in July 2025 due to cancer. He had food allergies, was reactive to other dogs, and was extremely smart and athletic. He was also very vocal and obsessed with toys. He was trained in the basics, running with me, basic scent work, counter conditioning for his emotional outbursts, and random tricks. He was very selective about who he liked and suspicious of strangers. I had a lab as a kid who loved absolutely everyone but would steal your food if you weren’t paying attention. I’ve had experience with dogs of many personalities and needs. I will treat your baby like my own. I can work with dogs of any age. I am available on most weekends during the school year, and any time during winter, spring, and summer breaks. Weekend walks, drip-ins, house-sitting, and boarding are all easiest for me. Weekdays are tough because my regular job is a teacher. Walks: properly fitting harness and leash, treats, following the rules of the road/crosswalks/etc. Client’s home: follow your instructions for dog care; always make sure dog is happy, fed, watered, crated or otherwise secure in the home etc. as asked. Doors will be locked when I leave and your home will look as clean as it was when I arrived when I leave.

“We love Aundrea! She is not only courteous, professional, and prompt, but she goes above and beyond. Her sweet notes following a walk and pictures go a long way. I know she loves our pup and I cannot recommend her enough. We have full trust in her! I would rate her 15/5 stars if I could.”

About: Hi there! I grew up on a ranch surrounded by all kinds of animals, so caring for pets has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Dogs especially have always held a special place in my heart, and I truly enjoy spending time with them—whether it's going for walks, playing fetch, or just giving them some extra love and attention. My wife, a veterinarian, shares that same deep passion for animals. Together, we make a great team when it comes to pet care. With her veterinary expertise and my lifelong experience with animals, we work to ensure your dog receives the safest, happiest, and highest quality care possible. We look forward to meeting your pup! I am active duty air force but have flexibility in my schedule during the week and am free most weekends. My schedule is usually very solid, so I know far in advance when I will be free or not. I am usually available for pickups after 2 PM weekdays and anytime during the weekend. I have a large fenced yard and a 3 bedroom house with plenty of room for your pet to run and relax! My wife is a veterinarian, so we make sure that the environment provides the safest and healthiest experience for your four legged friend!

“Megan is dependable and great with my boys. She was faced with an off-leash strange dog approaching them on their walk, she handled the situation and brought my boys safely. Could not thank her enough. Highly recommend.”

“Chloe was asked to help out last minute walking our pup, and was incredibly friendly, responsive, and asked questions to ensure the best care for our dog. Our dog is timid with new people and he warmed right up to her. We will absolutely be working with Chloe again !”

“Yecsit cared for my giant breed dog for a week while I was away by visiting 3X daily to walk, feed and play with her. All went well. It was helpful to receive the visit updates through Rover.com. I have no complaints, only compliments!”

“Andrea was very good about making sure she understood Bean and her personality. She responded quickly and was able to book a walk within a day. I would definitely recommend her.”

“Tatiana was responsive and I had no issues with her service. However, I would a brief summary of how Enzo did post walk and more than 2 photos. Given the weather these past couple of days I understand the urgency of get through the walk quickly.”

About: My love for animals started as far back as I can remember. I learned to take gentle care of animals by my Nana, who has had cats and small dogs her whole life. She taught me how to remove mats and fleas with a flea comb when I was about 7. I spent time working as a dog bather (washing/brushing/force drying/nail trims/light hair cuts/ear cleaning/de-matting) all while learning what makes a dog comfortable/uncomfortable in high stress environments. When I knew I was personally ready, I was thrilled to get our family dog, Benjamin, to raise with my children. I trained him the basics (sit, lay, come when called, bathroom, safe unleashed running in the yard), before he was a year old and have pride in that. I’ve taught my children to be kind and compassionate to all animals and creatures alike. We don’t kill bugs inside or out! I also travel to watch my father two larger dogs (one being a puppy) and keep them on their routine and training schedule. My mom has had 5+ cats for the last 20 years, and I help with getting them to their vet visits (getting them into their carrying crates) and watching or visiting them when she travels to take care of the litter boxes and feedings. I understand dogs well, can read their body language and facial expressions and understand what they want or don’t like. Dogs have always shown me that they trust me-even if they are scared or shy, because I respect them! I currently work a full time job from 5 AM to 1 PM. So I am looking for anyone who needs a dog walker in the afternoon or evenings, any day of the week. I trained my dog to love his crate, so we crate trained. If you use one, that’s great, if not that is great too! I don’t leave my dog at home if I am going to be out of the house for several hours or more. Always feed and go out for a bathroom break and a little exercise before I leave him alone. I always leash a dog I am caring for when taking them out, no matter what, to remain in control and keep everyone safe.

“Tracy was so wonderful with our dog, Lola. She was great with communication. She arrived on time for each walk and sent photos /videos to me each time. I felt so relieved that Lola was in such caring hands. I would highly recommend Tracy and will use her again when I need a dog walker. Thank you!”

About: I am a patient person. My strength is that I enjoy playing with pets, listening to and sensing their thoughts, and never ignoring their body language. I can become good friends with them. Dogs tend to be clingy, so I will enthusiastically accompany them to run and play on the grass. Cats are more calm and independent, so I will respect them and play with toys with them when they need it. My girlfriend and I have had many years of experience raising cats. Our cat is eight years old and I love her very much. She is my treasure. I once cared for a friend's big dog for over a year. As a child, I also had a pet dog until I became an adult. I have a very good relationship with cats and dogs. I think both cats and dogs are super cute! I am usually available on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, but not all day, so please discuss your time in advance. I prefer the afternoon and evening time. I like walking dogs, playing with them, cleaning their poop, feeding them snacks, staple food, drinking water and other daily care. I can clean the litter box for cats, play with them and feed them food. I can also go to my clients' homes to take care of them. I can send pet photos and updates to my clients at any time to reassure them. I will maintain my usual style and be careful. My friends know that I like pets, so usually when they go out to play or travel, they will entrust me and my girlfriend to take care of cats and dogs. We have also taken care of hamsters and ferrets. My girlfriend is also a very kind person. She has raised pets since she was a child. She has raised dogs, cats, rabbits, and fish. I have learned a lot from her and I like pets more. I think respecting pets and accompanying pets are the two most important factors.

“My wife and I are the biggest dog lovers and we don’t trust our little guy with just anyone but we trust Janny with him. She takes care of him like he is her own dog. She is very flexible and very sweet to him. She does more than we ask like doing some training while she is there and spending extra time with him. I would recommend Janny for anyone looking for the best dog walker and sitter!”

“Thanks for taking such good care of Carly!”

Bianca M.Star Sitter

“She was amazing as usual. Super kind to my boys even though they can be crazy. Highly recommend 👌🏻”

Elana M.
“Elana is a dog whisperer. I have never seen her meet a dog that didn’t like her. She loves dogs, and they love her. She adopted her own dog from a rescue organization and raised him from a puppy. She has trained him exceptionally well and has kept him in excellent health. He is a big dog around 60-70 pounds. She has also cared for numerous other dogs, including my dog Hazel, who is about 45-50 pounds. Elana is very knowledgeable about dogs, dog training (positive reinforcement methods), and keeping dogs healthy and happy. She is very capable of dog sitting and walking almost any dog even if the dog requires special care, a special diet, or some extra patience due to anxiety or other issues. I have ask her for advice about dog training myself. She has more experience with medium and large dogs but can handle any size dog. Elana would be a great choice for a dog walker or dog sitter.”

“Nina communicated well and arrived on time. I’ll use her again”

Matthew & Sofia G.
“Matthew loves animals. He has taken care of cats, dogs, fish, reptiles and horses. He goes out of his way to play with the cats and dogs and give them tender loving care, so much that they run to him when he arrives. Matthew has a lot of energy, and the dogs enjoy getting to play in the backyard or go for a walk. Matthew is also calm which doesn't spook the horses, and puts the cats at ease to come up to him. I would trust him with any pet.”

Yongqiang & Shelly L.
“Hello, I’m pleased to introduce myself. I am a cute style illustrator and also teach design at a school. I have a deep love for animals, as they are closely connected to both my personal life and professional work. I’ve known Yongqiang for many years, and I can confidently say that he is a kind, warm-hearted person with a strong sense of responsibility. He has helped me take care of my cat on many occasions, and my cat absolutely adores him. Yongqiang is extremely patient and gentle with animals—whenever he visits, my cat happily greets him by rubbing against him and staying close. In addition to caring for my cat, Yongqiang has also helped my cousin look after his dog -- Cookie. Cookie is very fond of Yongqiang. They enjoy playing together on the grass, watching TV, and Cookie always perks up when she hears his voice. When I first met Yongqiang, he was working as a manager. This role not only equipped him with excellent communication and interpersonal skills but also honed his organizational and analytical abilities. He is responsible, thoughtful, and capable of handling different situations calmly and effectively. I believe Yongqiang would make an excellent pet nanny. His love for animals, combined with his experience and personal qualities, makes him someone I trust completely with the care of pets.”
