About: I’ve been walking my 100+ lbs Akita since I was 8 and taking care of a cat for 2 years. My dog is known to pull and be quite frightened by suspicious environments, but I’m quite confident in knowing how to handle those situations :) I’m always willing and happy to take care or walk a pet for a friend anytime. As I’m currently looking for a full-time job straight from graduating high school, I’ve decided to dedicate my time to taking care of fluffy pets in need of company :) My schedule is quite open and in need of playtime ! As the summer temperatures rise and my dogs coat is very hefty, I will always ensure a nice cold bowl of water after her walk, and even a brush to relax. Although she’s not quite energetic I will always be ready to play whenever to chance comes up, and be sure to give her a treat for being a good girl :) The same will always be ensured for your precious pet.

I currently work from home most days, so I have flexibility to go on walks, play, and show lots of love. Noon time to 2pm or after 5pm works best, but I can be flexible depending on your needs. Happy to discuss your pet's needs - whether that is need for crating or something else. Keeping your pet safe and happy is my priority. I have done check-ins with dogs, cats, lizards, tarantulas, you name it. I also have a lot of experience in getting pets to take their medication, whether pills or injections. I had a dog growing up and have rarely been without a pet. I used to walk dogs as a kid for ice cream truck money. At 12, I got 5 gerbils that lived long lives. At 21, I adopted my first cat, a senior kittizen named Millie. After she passed away, my current cats: Bonkers (12yo), who is now CEO of our household; and Martok (4yo), the cat-of-all-trades. (Note, if you DO NOT want your pet posted to social media, please let me know.) Pet-sitting is my main profession, so I make sure to give your pets lots of care and attention, whether during drop-ins or boarding. I work from home most of the time, and my partner works from home several days a week. Between the both of us - and the feline staff Bonkers and Martok - your pets will get lots of attention during boarding! Drop-ins: If I am visiting your pet at home, I will follow all care recommendations for feeding, cleaning, checking mail, etc. If you have any special requests, please let us know (e.g. leave the TV on MSNBC because my pet likes to watch the news) Boarding: I generally only board cats and small caged animals in my home. When you are on vacation, your pets deserve a vacation too! While your cats are here, they are family and get lots of love, care, and attention. The great majority of cats can enjoy the full a-mew-nities of my home once they have settled and it is clear there will be no hostility with my own cats. If they are more shy, aggressive, or antisocial, I have a couple of rooms I can close off from the rest of the house so they can stay in comfortable private lodgings with room service, check-ins several times a day, and en suite litter boxes. Even if they cannot free roam, they will have plenty of space, toys, a big bed, and a heater for the cold.
“Angelina was great with our dogs and I was nervous at first because of our breed of the 2 dogs and the size of our bigger dog most people are afraid of pits or are not to fond of them but she handled it very well. Did everything she was supposed to plus more. She was super kind and patient and our dogs loved her instantly. She provided great communication also. I wouldn’t know what we would have done without her while we were out of town but she gave me some relief. This was my first time and experience with the app and I loved it. I would rebook Angelina if I ever need assistance with Brick and Yola again. No matter the height or weight of a dog it didn’t scare her off , nor the excessive barking at times and the fact they love to jump on people lol. She was genuine and loved every moment from my understanding.”

About: I am new to Rover but not at all new to dog walking as I’ve had 6 years experience and am happy and excited to have new clients. I've had standard poodles in my family since I was eight years old and have always loved all dogs.
