About: I’ve spent my whole life around animals — from helping raise dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, and hamsters in my own home, to professionally pet sitting and walking since I was a a young teen. About: While I’ve worked at the SPCA, I have experience with dogs and cats. I have owned dogs and am a huge animal lover. I believe animals make our days better and caring for them properly is incredibly important. I’m working part time as a server and an actress so I have flexibility in my days to get a walk in. I am currently getting my serving schedule and will update when I have the exact dates. I am also a recent graduate of Boston University so I live near campus. I try to read as many signs as I can with whatever animal I am working with. I usually approach very calmly and make sure to set up a base relationship of trust between the animal and I. I will also note what I think they need based on their behaviors but it all starts with a foundation of trust and them getting to know me as I get to know them.

About: I have cared for my families two toy poodles since I was fifteen. More recently I have started to volunteer at an animal shelter and have learned a lot. I am currently home from college for the summer so I have a lot of free time. My best availability would be around 8am to 12pm, but I am very flexible. About: Hello! My name is Annie and I have been a dog lover for my entire life, at one point my family owned 5 dogs! I graduated from UMass Amherst in 2017 and during my 4 years there I was a volunteer at a greyhound rescue that took in retired racing greyhounds. During my time there I learned how to care for dogs with many different needs and temperments and I discovered a passion for taking care of dogs. I currently live in an house in Oak Bluffs with my 8 year old goldendoodle Maya and 4 year old labradoodle Luna. I have a fully fenced in yard and work from home so I am able to be with your pups all day and give them lots of attention, potty breaks, and playtime. My husband and I also walk the dogs together frequently and we would be happy to take your pups out on walks as well! I am currently working full time from home so your pup will be able to chill with me all day! My older dog is very relaxed and likes to sleep most of the day but my younger dog LOVES to play and if you have a dog that loves to play I have a big backyard for them to play in! I have a larger fenced in back yard that is great for dogs to relax or play in. When walking outside I will always have your dogs on a leash.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
