Guillermo showed me around the house so I could see where Kiara would stay, which put me at ease. Kiara quickly warmed up to him and didn’t seem upset when I left. During the day, Guillermo sent thoughtful updates and photos, which really helped me relax. When I came back to pick up Kiara, she was happy to see me. Cali had such a great experience! She has some medical needs and required a topical lotion and medicine to be given and that was taken care of. She looked extremely happy in all the photos sent. I felt like I was fully in the loop and any stress I had about leaving her when she wasn’t feeling her best was completely put at ease when seeing how happy she was. 100% would recommend for anyone who needs a “dog sleep away camp”. It also was great to not have to worry about pickup/drop off.
Indra was absolutely incredible with Penny! I could tell from the beginning that she was in great hands, and all the photo updates confirmed it too. He was very communicative and attentive to making sure Penny’s typical routine was kept. Thank you, Indra (and thank you to your lovely gf too)!!
