Regular updates with pics, activities that my dog did and an overall idea of how my dog's day went are one of the few things that I got from Michael that made me mentally satisfied. His knowledge about a dog's behavior and how to handle an overly excited dog, which definitely is mine, is phenomenal. My dog came back a more calmed and obedient chap after his stay with Michael. Elizabeth and Rodrigo were excellent with my goldendoodle, Abby, this weekend. They were great at communicating before and during her stay and sent photos/updates. Abby got plenty of walks and exercise in their care. Would definitely use them again when I visit the Boston area - 10/10 recommend!
I couldn’t be happier with the service Hyesoo provided to my dog Randy. If I could give her 6 stars, I would do that! Hyesoo took care of Randy as he was her own dog. She updated me daily with pictures and videos and added always a nice message to reassure me Randy was doing well. I highly recommend her and I will definitely use her dog sitting services again in the future.
Hannah is a repeat dog sitter for us. We trust that she will always take good care of our dog. She called when he was scared and shaking, and we were able to determine what was triggering his issue (not anything Hannah did) so I feel she is very responsible when something unexpected happens.
Eddy was fantastic! We knew from the initial meet and greet - one of our girls can be very hesitant to meet new people but he was patient and kind and spent time letting her get comfortable. Great communication, dependable, and tons of pics throughout their stay. Our girls came home happy and well cared for, and we appreciated the updates while we were away. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.
Kathy is such a wonderfully warm person and even though my dog is used to his space and alone time, I had no reservations about leaving him with her and the other pets in her home. She sent photos so I could stay up to date, and when I was sick on returning from my trip, she was so helpful in getting my dog back home. 100% recommend :D
Paige was fantastic taking care of Ellie. It was our first time leaving her and felt super comfortable with Paige immediately. We were sent pictures, videos, updates everyday which helped put our minds at ease. 10/10 experience and will certainly be rebooking again!

Margaret is kind and has a calm personality. She isn't someone who sends frequent updates on her own, but whenever we reached out, she always responded promptly and sent photo. We had a wonderful experience with Kat and Matthew! This was our Suki's first overnight stay away from home, so we were naturally a little nervous, but they made us feel completely at ease from the start with their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. They were very thorough with their drop-off instructions and were so receptive/attentive to the "Suki Care Guide" we provided, which was much appreciated! During Suki's stay, they sent detailed daily updates with lots of pictures and videos and were always quick to respond, which gave us so much peace of mind. Suki was a little anxious and whined her first night, but Kat and Matthew were incredibly patient and understanding, helping her settle in and become much more comfortable over the following nights. We also really appreciated that they kept up with Suki's regular grooming by brushing her during her stay, which showed how much they truly cared about maintaining her normal routine. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better first overnight boarding experience. Suki was in such caring, attentive hands, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with Kat and Matthew again. We highly recommend them!
