“Dohwee is an excellent dog carer, dog’s best friend and he really spend so much time to care and pay much attention to our dog Churro. Dohwee not only make sure churro is feed on time and follow instructions on her daily care routines but also play with churro a lot. Churro seems so happy and safe when she is with Dohwee. When churro says goodbye Dohwee, I can feel her little sadness… I feel so lucky that i found Dohwee to take care churro when I travel for 2 weeks. Hyesoo and her family took wonderful care of my dachshund, sending many videos every day to make sure I knew he was well cared for. Lots of walks and hugs. He was happy to see me when I got back from vacation but I know he really enjoyed his time with Hyesoo. Highly recommend!
Mary Kate was a fantastic sitter! She gave us frequent updates and photos and took great care of our dog when we were out of town. She was also extremely flexible and understanding when our flights got canceled and we had to extend our trip, adding another day of care for our dog.
Hana was fantastic. She took great care of my pup, and was very available with updates and pics. I also had some travel delays during my booking, and she was very flexible with my pick up. She put me at ease leaving my pup with her. I highly recommend Hana for dog boarding.
Chantel was an amazing pet sitter for us. It was my first time hiring someone to watch my cat and she made me feel at ease with how welcoming and caring she was upon meeting her. My cat is 15 yrs old and very skittish and when I picked her up she was laying comfortably in Chantels bed not wanting to come home lol. She accepted my request the day before for boarding my cat which I was extremely grateful for, and even was accepting of my cats special diet. I would 100% recommend Chantel as a pet sitter, she even sent pictures with updates for me.
Appreciate the adaptation and communication! A bit harder to plan around Nainika's meeting schedule than other Rovers but she was adaptable and drop off Bentley when our flight was delayed, and I did a "silent drop off" using her door code to drop him off with her while she was on meeting. She sent pictures of Bentley peeing in the house -- he needed a bit more of a walk than just being let outside in the backyard during a heavy rainstorm. Unfortunately, did loose one of his toys, but offered to cover the cost of replacement.
Cameron is so spectacular I confess we are tempted to gate keep him 😂 But of course we'd never dream of it. He's reliable, kind, patient, and a delight to work with. My dog comes home so happy after a stint with Cameron and his pup. We'll be booking with him for as long as he's taking bookings :)
My cat is great with drop in visits but this is the first time I’ve had to leave him with a boarder so I was definitely anxious, especially for a month apart! Mia went above and beyond to make sure the transition was smooth. She loved and cared for him as if he was her own cat. Lovely photos and updates, attentive, thoughtful, and great communication. My dog Sputnik did great with Sophia! He came back happy and very clearly well cared for, and her cat Sushi was a sweet new friend for him. In addition, Sophia was really accommodating to our schedule when we needed some flexibility surrounding drop off and pick up, she was incredibly responsive and kind. I will book with Sophia again in a heartbeat!!
